Good morning ladies,

How are you this morning? My workout for today is cardio! Not sure what I will do yet!

Question of the day! What are your hobbies?
Let’s see: exercising with Cathe, I like to go shopping with my DD ( we always have so much fun), I like to travel ( I can’t wait for the weather to get nicer), I like to read, go for walks with my dogs, chat with you ladies! I like to cook! Of course, I like to hang out with my DH!

Stacey**I am glad got that water heater fixed! Have fun with Low Max today! See you Sunday!

Shannon** excellent workout yesterday! You did Amy's Kickboxing Xtreme and Cathe's 4ds upper body premix? That sounds like a tough workout! I am so glad you have your sister around!

Lori** I should have given that lady an uppercut? LOL! I would never approach anybody like that and assume that they are not physical fit! I hope I will see her in the gym next week! I remember when my DS got his shots! He still hates shots and he is almost 19 years old! Poor baby!

Belinda - It's 2:00 a.m. here, I just finished some school work and saw that you posted so I figured I would tell you good morning...lol Man I am going to be tired tomorrow. Yesterday's workout was tough, I did not think that upper body workout was ever going to end but I really enjoyed Kickbox Xtreme. My hobbies are exercising (Cathe, Amy, & CC), reading, spending time with my husband & family (dogs included), sometimes gardening, and shopping. I also like to travel but haven't done much of this recently. Well I am off to get some sleep. Have a great morning:)
 
Good Morning!

Well, its 7 a.m here but it feels like its 2! LOL I set my alarm for 6 but curled back in the bed for another little while. I woke up a few times throughout the night which is weird for me b/c after night shifts I usually die.
So my cheat day was yesterday and I feel gross!!! DH ordered some takeout and there was everything on the tray you could imagine! Wings,shrimp,scallops,fries,zuchinni,chicken fingers...blah! I didn't eat to much of it but I had a bad belly even before I started so you can imagine how I felt after. I wouldn't dare step on the scale when i got up. I think I will wait a couple of days.
Im going to do a circuit workout shortly using ME and my TM.Im hoping to get the whole thing done but it could make for a very long workout and I know DS will be awake before I am done. Hopefully DH will hear him and get up:)

Shannon** I bet your sleeping now! And you probably won't see you anymore until this afternoon! hehe

Belinda** Yeah that lady was quit rude. Never assume....cause you just make a a$$ out of u and me!

My hobies are... I love cross stithcing but never frame them so thats a total waste of money,love visiting my friends for coffee and chatting with you guys online.And of course working out. Other then the norm, I don't like to ski or skate...nothing like that, just my workouts and running.

I will be back when I am done my workout!

Good Morning!

Week one of BFL over. New week starts tommorrow!

I've decided that today is my FREE DAY . I will take it easy,its just nice to know that i DON't HAVE watch EVERTHING today.

And the scale said Im down two pds :7 exactly ! Im not going to get too excited about that though,I will get excited if its down another two pds next week!

How is everybody doing today?

Todays workout will be a UB circuit,not sure which one yet...Im thinking about doing IMAX2(my fav) premix with PH UB. Sounds good to me;-)

My hobbies are: Spending time with my family,watching movies with DH after the kids have gone to bed,chatting with my cyberfriends, Working out..love the rush of that,reading, shopping with my DM and sis.which doesn't get to happen that much :-(.

Lori-I can't wait to get my TM Your workouts sound so fun! It will be soon,next weekend perhaps! Sounds like you had a good cheat day,I hope my tummy doesn't hurt by the end of the day,LOL. Ive focused on one meal..my chinese food for dinner! and of corse dessert!

Shannon-Have a good nights sleep,good job on getting your homework inn.

Belinda-When is your free day? This is week three for you,yes?

Hey Gals!

Im done my workout. I did a 5 mile run and got as far as the chest seg in ME. I was thinking if DH went out somewhere tonight I could finish it but I think he will want to do something together which is fine with me. Im happy with my workout.

Im still not hungry. Ive been up for 3 hours and not a bit hungry. I can't wait for whatever is brewing in my stomach to get out! LOL Sorry...TMI! LOL I took 2 protein pancakes out of the freezer so I plan on eating them in the near future.

Amelia** Your TM is that close? I didn't realize that. Sometimes I mix it up cause runs can be boring sometimes. If I only have to stay on for one mile or .5 of a mile that really breaks the run up. And I still get a great workout in.

Forgot to tell you guys that the TM I bought is on sale again, $100 cheaper. As far as I know we have a time frame (which we should still be in) that if we go back with our receipt they will refund our cc $100..plus the tax:) Gonna try to do that very shortly!

Hi Girls

Today's workout is Chest/Shoulder/Tripcep and abs, ala p90X. Did I mention that it is -10 degrees here? Ok, that is frickin cold! We are supposed to go to our friends surprise birthday party tonight. That will be cold!

Lori-I am laughing so hard about 'whatever is brewing in my stomach to get out'.! OMG-too funny. How did you run 5 miles on a rotten tummy? I salute you!

Amelia-good job on the weight loss. Have a good 'free day'. Does that mean you can eat whatever? Or just have a cheat? I am not familiar with BFL.

Belinda-our hobbies sound very similiar! I love the 'question of the day' Very cute idea.

My hobbies would this in order of my favorite: SHOPPING/Spending $, working out, reading (currently reading The Pillars of the Earth), and cooking delicious recipes I see off of Food Network.

Hi everyone. I am feeling a little more upbeat today after my bad news about my knees yesterday. I'm going to go ahead and step today (4DS HIS) but try to modify a bit and keep it to a 4" step. I've ordered a MatStep to try that as well. I've also got some good advice here on the forums.

I forgot to answer yesterday's question--my birthday is August 22nd and I'll be 34! Yikes.

My hobbies: have to admit shopping is pretty high up there, though that annoys the accountant hubby. I also love to read (mainly novels). I even get audio books from the library that I listen to when cleaning house or sometimes when walking or jogging. I like to write, which is part of why I write on my blog almost daily, though that's not much writing, really. I write a bit more stuff in my spare time. I also love to travel, though I haven't gotten to do much since moving here. :( I don't have any crafty hobbies or anything because I suck at that stuff. Oh, I also like to airdrum to classic rock music and obviously I dig exercising.

Hi Belinda, what cardio did you do today? I'm looking forward to HIS today even though I'm not supposed to step.

Shannon, hope you got some decent sleep!

Lori, I'm impressed you managed to run with an upset tummy. I guess at least you were at home on your TM and near the bathroom in case any serious action happened....

Amelia, congrats on the loss. I was up .5 yesterday. x( Can I blame the 4DS workouts? :p

HA! You girls are tooo funny! My stomach wasn't THAT bad but it worse last night before I went to bed. I think its been all the salads I have been eating...to much spinach maybe? LOL It seems to be gone now though.

Carrie** I also like to read but it turns into nap time! I get sooo lazy when I read! Have fun with your workout!

Laine** I really hope you can finding something that helps you step. Nothing worse then giving up something that you love!

I have DS down for a nap but again, he isn't impressed. He needs a nap b/c the b-day party starts at 3.
We took the recepit back for the TM but instead of getting credit back on out cc we got a instore credit. So I marched right back in and bought myself 25 lbs db's and a new ball. Why should I let DH have the instore credit? He would have used it cause it was in his pocket. We still have $33 left...I should have bought some gloves to! I can't be a total meany gotta give him a little bit, I suppose~!

Hey girls,

Im done with my workout,did Premix 6-10Imax2 and then UB on PH. Feels good to get in a good workout on my free day! I think i will do this every week,so I don't 'feel' so bad;-)

Lori-I hope you get your 100 back...thats pretty neat that its on sale though.Great workout this morning!

Lainie- Im sure the .5 is 4DS muscle gain/water! I wouldn't even worry about .5,now 5pds OMG :eek:,LOL! Have fun with your step workout today!

Carrie-OMG,stay warm! Its snowing today,all day x( well,still haven't gotten my BFL book but as far as i can see its basically whatever you want on free day. But that kinda scares me so I do eat a little but keep my portions under control. and one meal that I really want with dessert! This morning i had my usual oatmeal.

OH Ive almost decided on ordering SJP/PH and the Pyramids(for BFL;-))and Im 'thinking'about the high step 99$ package that includes the three high step workouts! ok bbl
 
Hello ladies,

My sister called and woke me up at 8:30 and gabbed on the phone for almost 2 hours..lol I really don't feel too tired, I am glad she woke me up so I didn't sleep all day. Today's workout is going to be ASC2, mainly trying to learn it. I am also going to fit in some yoga.

Belinda - Yes I did stay up late last night, I usually only do that when I have a lot of school work to do. Normally I am in bed and asleep around 11. What kind of cardio did you end up doing?

Lori - I'm sorry you didn't sleep well last night, I slept like a rock once I finally went to bed. I know what you mean about feeling icky after having cheat days but we still do it...lol That bad food is just too good to give up completely:) Sounds like you have a good workout on taps for today. Have fun:)

Amelia - The scale is down 2 pounds, that is great news. Congrats:) Imax 2 is tough but a lot of fun, how do you feel about interval 9 with the plie jacks? I am always dead after that interval:) Your eating chinese today, I am jealous...I love chinese food.

Carrie - I am also reading Pillars of the Earth and loving it so far. How are you liking it? It's also cold here, well not 10 degrees but in the 30's and for a Texas girl that is cold...lol

Lanie - I am glad you are feeling better, have fun doing 4DS HIS today. Your blog is really cool, it looks like you put a lot of work into it.
 
O.k I did it! I ordered the new series. I was putting it off but then I remembered that the CAD is really good right now so I might want to order it just incase cost becomes double again!:7

I did 4DS and abs from S&H bi/tri! I been doing alot of cleanmax and laundrymax!

Lori** you ate all that ? No wonder you are feeling sick! I do have to say everything sounded yummy! LOL! Hope you feel better today! I have my free/rest day tomorrow! I will have a piece of cake tomorrow! I probable feel sick afterwards too!LOL!

Amelia** Congrats on the 2 pounds! Glad you got your workout in! You still need a rest day! Did you order the DVD’s yet! Nice choice!

Carrie** WOW! Make sure you dress nice and warm! -10 degree is very cold! Nice workout this morning! Our hobbies are very similar! I do love food network! I am reading Marley & Me (my son got that for me).

Leonie** Nice job on HIS! How is you knee feel after stepping? I agree with Amelia, when I do the 4DS weights I do weight more! Give it a few days!
