I will go to the gym today. Not sure what CC, I will do? BBL to report my workout.

Hallo ladies,

I am done with my workout. I did CCV5 on the TC;) I traveled 3.40 miles. I burned 728 cal, I still have to do my core/back exercises this afternoon. I am to tired right now!

Good Morning Ladies.

What a weekend, I am so beat!! I've been on my feet for three straight days and am supposed to do cardio today ( yesterday was my "rest" day...ha!), but I have no idea what I'm up to doing. I really want to pull out LowMax.....I haven't done it since the morning of the accident (8 months this DVD has been sitting there), but I think I"m kind of past that now, we'll see I guess. I think I"m gonna give it a shot...... BBL for personals!

Heading down soon to do KPC and maybe follow up with yoga. My head is still so clogged up not sure I can really endure downward dog.
Belinda, wow that's some calorie burn. All that cleaning yesterday must have been rough on your back. I need to go thru some stuff in my basement but I keep putting it off since I know it stresses my lower back. I'm not as ambitious as you.
Iris, did you do LowMax? I always think of you with that one, since you've always spoken so fondly of it. Is it your favorite? Hope that guy know how to give a good foot massage...

Deb, sorry to hear of your stress. As you know, my sons give me major aggravation also. How did he handle the news you took the car away? BTW, now way could you ever be considered scary.
Yesterday I did 29 plyo and ME. Forgot all those darn step ups - how could I forget? Must be like childbirth - you want to block out the unpleasant parts. Took Thursday and Friday as rest days, but don't want to get too far behind so I'm gonna try kpc which I love for cardio.

Hey to everyone! My diet was a disaster yesterday:confused:, i weighed yesterday morning before the disaster happened and i was down .6 since my last WI so thats refreshing;). Atleast its going in the right direction,lol.

Im going to try my hardest to stick to the cals today...my DH will be home the next four days and he always want to go out to eat somewhere...sigh. I will have to plan ahead:)

bbl to report my cal burn..i hope i covers half of the crap i ate yesterday;)

Today I'm going to take a rest day. I'm actually have DOMS from Jari's DVD. I have to go to a jewelry party this afternoon. Not really in the mood:confused:

Iris - I hope you get to put your feet up today. Have you avoided LM because it reminds you of the accident?

Cookie - Looks like you made up for those rest days with your workouts over the weekend:D Actually my DS is not talking to either of us:rolleyes:

Amelia - Hey at least the scale is still going down:) Do you get the whole workout when it's on Fit TV?

Helene - You had a big calorie burn yesterday. The pasta dish sounds yummy.

Hello everybody!

It's too beautiful outside to sit at the computer so I'll be back later for personals. I did MIC again this morning. Wow does that drain your energy by the end! 652 cals gone, funny, I thought last time I had gotten a bigger calorie burn. Interesting because I think I did it with the same amount of Oomph both times. But it doesn't matter too much, it was a great workout.

Enjoy your Sunday. Hopefully my ticker is updated. The weight moved :eek:

Debbie, enjoy your rest day and the jewerly party your not in the mood for:)p) i know exactly what you mean..im not in the mood foranything either. The fitv LM version is missing some things...i know atleast one combo and one intensity drill.

ok, my workout is done, i really need to get that dvd. Did LM about 40mins...burned 360. my legs were burning,had fun!

Cookie, enjoy KPC/yoga today. Don’t do any down dog when you stuffed up. Take it easy, ok! I don’t know what happened yesterday, but I was pushing it off all week long. Glad it’s done. Oh, boy! Did I push myself on the TC today, I max out! LOL! Have to push yourself, once in awhile, right? Nice job with D29 plyo and ME yesterday.

Helene, wtg on MIC this morning, that one is a toughie. I always get a different cal. burn with my workouts, don’t worry. You did fantastic! BTW, nice job with your weight loss, girl.

Amelia, fantastic job with LM today. I do miss my step workouts, funny! BTW, I thought I gained weight while my DD visit. But I didn't:D Give your body a week and you will see a change again. I was so bloaded when DD was here, it's finally gone.

Belinda: So you went for the TC again :p Do you use any of the other machines at the gym anymore? Are you as addicted as I am to push it and get those big numbers? Anyways, well done!

Iris: How was today? Did you get LM done? What was the accident 8 months ago with LM if I may ask? Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the day, it was gorgeous outside! I forgot when the date is. You will remind us won't you?

Amelia: I hope I can keep the weight loss going. That's always my problem. But I have to stick to it this month for sure. Take it one step at the time. The eating isn't so great still, but it is still a lot better than in the past, so that might have made the difference. I hope I can keep it going. Way to go on LM. I love that tape, the music keeps me going. Nice going on weighing in yesterday too :p! I love the mini challenges by the way. That was a great idea. Mine tells me I only have 4.3lbs to go which sounds so doable, it's really encouraging!

Deb: Did the jewelry party turn out to be fun anyways? I hope so. Nice going on the DOMS from the Jari tape.

Cookie: You are a bit run down aren't you? What with the cold, the work at home and your work! I hope KPC did the trick. There is so much sickness going around it's unbelievable! I hope you enjoyed the day as well, what with the beautiful weather we had.

Lori: Are you still recovering from yesterday :p:p:p?

Well I already reported my workout. So I'm going to sign out and wish you all a good evening. I'm glad I got some good tough workouts this weekend again, because the weeks it can be tough to schedule these nice long ones in. And then this Thursday, I have one of these awful long days.....:confused:
