Just came back from my massage, lol! And NO, it was with the young guy. I get massages in 2 different places. Tuesday and Thursday I see the young guy(PT first then a massage) on post. And Fridays I see a lady off post. I get 3 massages a week. I don’t like the lady too much, she is not strong enough. She doesn’t go deep into the muscle. The guy, on the other hand knows how to get the job done, lol! Have fun with your workout today. LOL, about your DOMS!
Amelia - glad you to hear you are taking it easy with your workouts. WTG, on your step workout yesterday and today. Which one did you do yesterday? BTW, I love coffee! The weight I am lifting right now isn’t that heavy, I was lifting 90 pounds for squats before I hurt my back. I am getting there slowly.
Cookie – I was looking at the STS book, not sure if it’s a good idea to do all those exercises (plates wo) with my back. I think the UB is fine, knowing me I would go up in weight, lol! It’s just a slow progress with my back, I have no patience. WTG, on PS legs yesterday.
Helene – hope you get your workout in today. Is your family feeling better?
Iris – awesome job with PS CTS yesterday. If you not into the guy, don’t go out with him. What a day you had, glad it turned out ok!
Lori – high fives on your run plus PUB yesterday! Have you ever done the Bonus workout? That’s a good one! BTW, you look fabulous! You should get your chest/back checked out by a doctor. Be careful! Nice job on your 5 miler and PLB today.
Debbie – have fun with the Zumba class today. The bonus workout is only 53 min. I think, I know it’s under 60 min. Glad you had a relaxing day yesterday.
