Today I will do a full body workout. Not sure what I will do today?

Morning,

Here is what I did today. I decided to do PUB/PLB Bonus workout. I really like that workout. Next time I will do 4 sets instead of 3!


Squats 55/55/55 ,I went up in weight, my back still feel good:p
SS with
Leg press 25/25/25 ,I used 3 risers

Chest flies 10/15/15 ,I think I can go up next week?
SS with
Chest press 10/15/15

Pull over 10/15/15, still kept it light!
SS/w
Double arm rows 10/15/15

Leg press 25/25/25
SS/w
Lunges 45/45/45 I should have gone up!

Rear flies 5/5/8
SS/w
Side raises 5/5/8
Lateral raises 5/5/8 these burned!

For deadlifts, I did leg extensions on my bench with 25 lb., I do need to go up!

Calves raises

Kickbacks 5/5/8,
SS/w
Seated overhead press 10/15/15

Hammer curls 15/15/15
SS/w
Bicep curls 15/15/15, these got me good today, had a nice burn!

Stretch, of course for the most part I do my own stretches. Still can't go down that deep!

Had a nice workout. I think, I had some great Full body workouts this week. I am a lttle sore these week, lol! It's all good.

Good Morning!

I am up early to get my workout in again. This will be my story for the next 3 days:) I like getting it out of the way though.

Yesterdays workout was a 8.5 kms run, just a small one b/c of the play date I had arranged. I also did PUB before that and I am soooo sore today! Phew! I used 15/20/25's for back and chest,8/10/12's for tris and shoulders and 10/12/15 's for bics. I hadn't done that workout in such a long time and time flew by. Didn't help that I was up and down like a yo-yo! I was trying to get DS situated and everytime I would start a set, his dvd would start skipping.

Ameila** How is your shoulder feeling today? Oh the joys of getting older, hey?;) I have some kind of weird discomfort going through my chest right to my back today.It started last night, sure its nothing. I have had it before.

Anyway, I need to work off some of what I ate last night! I consider last night to be my treat night b/c Im not doing anything this weekend anyway that would make me want to eat after supper.A couple of good days and I should be back to normal.

I will check in when I get to work.

Morning,

Ugh,its early. Im drinking my coffee and its so yummy:) My son didn't go to sleep until 11ish even though he was in his bed at bedtime(8pm):mad:. It was one of those nights with him..he kept asking for food or drinks. Man,he drove me nuts:confused:

I think its ok to do some wieghts today..soooo,today is 4ds LIS + legs & core.

Belinda-awesome workout girl, glad to see you feeling better.

Lori-Nice run and PUB workout yesterday. i hope the pain in your chest is nothing serious. I think bringing in heavy grocery bags on monday is what did it to for me. Thats what ive narrowed it down too..ive got to remember that im not superwomen and i can't lift everything i want too,lol.

Today is cardio...I think I will pull out 4DS LIS/HIS Cardio premix. My shoulders are freakin' sore from PS yesterday, even more so than my chest, which never happens!

Hey Girls,

Quick check in for me. Lets see how fast I can type this without making any mistakes! LOL:D My boss is around so I am taking the chance on checking in with hopes that I don't get busted! hehe!

So todays workout ended up being some of the leg work from PLB, mostly up and I did 5 miles on the TM. It was a good sweatfest.

Ameila** Enjoy your weight workout. Its hard enough putting DS to bed now, I can't imagine when he starts asking for everything in the kitchen!

Iris** Enjoy your workout! Are you off this weekend?

Good morning girls,

No workout for me yesterday:( Ended up crashing on the couch:eek: I'm going to take Zumba class today. I probably should run to get a better workout in.

Belinda - Do you know how long the bonus workout is . . . sounds interesting?

Lori - It's so hard to get my workouts in at night. You do get up early, I would need a nap at lunchtime if I got up that early:)

Amelia - Your night must have felt so long:( you'll need extra coffee today:) Have fun with your workout.

Iris - Did you ever see informercials with Jack LaLane for his juicer? I don't have that brand but it's similar. Sounds like you had a very busy day running around.

Helene - It's so frustrating when work gets in the way of workouts:mad:

Hey girls,finished my workout...well,kinda:eek: I did 4ds LIS then round 1+2 of legs. I was tired not 'into' the leg workout. I did manage to burn 375 so im satisfied with that.

ok..i will bbl after some lunch.
 
Hallo,

Just came back from my massage, lol! And NO, it was with the young guy. I get massages in 2 different places. Tuesday and Thursday I see the young guy(PT first then a massage) on post. And Fridays I see a lady off post. I get 3 massages a week. I don’t like the lady too much, she is not strong enough. She doesn’t go deep into the muscle. The guy, on the other hand knows how to get the job done, lol! Have fun with your workout today. LOL, about your DOMS!

Amelia - glad you to hear you are taking it easy with your workouts. WTG, on your step workout yesterday and today. Which one did you do yesterday? BTW, I love coffee! The weight I am lifting right now isn’t that heavy, I was lifting 90 pounds for squats before I hurt my back. I am getting there slowly.

Cookie – I was looking at the STS book, not sure if it’s a good idea to do all those exercises (plates wo) with my back. I think the UB is fine, knowing me I would go up in weight, lol! It’s just a slow progress with my back, I have no patience. WTG, on PS legs yesterday.

Helene – hope you get your workout in today. Is your family feeling better?

Iris – awesome job with PS CTS yesterday. If you not into the guy, don’t go out with him. What a day you had, glad it turned out ok!

Lori – high fives on your run plus PUB yesterday! Have you ever done the Bonus workout? That’s a good one! BTW, you look fabulous! You should get your chest/back checked out by a doctor. Be careful! Nice job on your 5 miler and PLB today.

Debbie – have fun with the Zumba class today. The bonus workout is only 53 min. I think, I know it’s under 60 min. Glad you had a relaxing day yesterday.
