Belinda-How did your WI go? Do you WI every week? Have fun at the gym!

Today's workout is Upper body!Not sure which one yet,may do the double upper body premix on bm2 agian,its always killer. Im going to start focusing on doing straight-leg pushups too! I can only do ONE right now x( I just read a post over in OD that has great suggestions in it.

Ah...night shifts are over with:) Im not going to bed though. DS isn't feeling well so Im gonna stay up with him. Im not sure if its the effects from the needles he had last week or if he as a virus or something. And I didn't have a real good night at work either. The stupid phone kept ringing and the phone never rings at night! I probably got 5 hours of broken sleep~

Belinda** Are you going to do the same weight workout that Ameila did last week? LOL Couldn't help it! Had to poke fun at her one more time! hehe

Ameila** I have UB on tap for today to....if I make it that far. Depending on how I feel today may be a rest day.

Cheryl** Sorry to hear you aren't feeling better! Give it another couple of days and you should come around. Its hard to follow an eating plan when your not feeling 100%.

Kristine** Good job on the workout! And I know all about little ones getting into things!

Stacy** Congrats on getting those workouts in.It will be a while before we get to take a walk outside!

Belinda-do you write everthing down as you do it? I have a hard time remembering what Ive done when following the bfl reps. Great job on your workout this morning!

Lori-can you believe that i am still soar from my crazy lb workout. Im glad Im only doing lb one this week,i don't think my muscles could handle anything right now! I hope you wake from you nap feeling refresh and ready to tackle another great,amazing workout;-)

Amelia** I write my workout down on paper, before I go to the gym! I take my paper with me and write down the weights that I used! Good job on your DOMS!

Good morning-today's workout is Core Synergistics. It will be interesting to do this, since it has been 4 weeks since the last time I did it.

Belinda-wow, nice workout. That is one thing they stress in p90-write everything down. It is cool to look back and see your progress. They evey give you sheets printed up so you can write your weight/reps.

Lori-I am sure you will have a dandy workout today, as usual! I have thought about a treadmill-but we have a small house, and with our son now, we really don't have any place to put it. Possible in the garage? But my DH would not like that. Sometimes DS is clingy, sometimes not. Just depends on his mood. I am sure your DS is not 'ruined'!:)

Amelia-I am taking a revcovery week, then I am doing one more 'classic' rotation week ( a mix of my own making) and then one more recovery. I wanted to stretch it out just a bit for perfect timing.

Morning gals!

Well, my poor DS Alex is still quite sick, had another tough night last night and he was running a high fever. I ended up sleeping with him as he lost his voice and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hear him if he needed me in the middle of the night. I got a bit of rest, but pretty broken up.

I did manage a nice outdoor walk yesterday for my cardio, but I'm feeling wiped out today and might even be on the edge of what my DS has:( I feel achey from head to toe and very fatigued. I will definitely be resting today to try and not get any worse. Wish me luck!

Belinda, outstanding job on your gym workout today, wow! I'm a long way off from being able to lift the heavier weights that you all are able to do. But, I am making progress;)

Cheryl, read your post from yesterday, so sorry you are still feeling bad! Definitely get some more rest and feel better soon.

Lori, sorry your DS is also feeling off, hope it doesn't get too bad for him. It is very stressful when our little ones are sick for sure.

Amelia, hope you have a great LB workout today and get your new TM soon!

Carrie, have a good core workout today and congrats on being almost done with PX90!

Im done with my workout,although I don't 'feel' like I did anyting...did UB on PH. I hardly broke a sweat,LOL! Oh well,i need to get some more dumbells or plates for my little dubell bars so I can do the bfl style of working out! My muscle are burning right now though?

Well, got almost all my chores at home done, cleaning, laundry, etc. Not sure about my workout today, my back is still hurting so I will have to see how it goes. I was thinking about starting the January rotation...

Belinda - Wow, good job on the workout, your legs must be fried.

Lori - Sorry to hear that your little one is not feeling well. Hope he will get better soon.

Stacey - The same for Alex, oh, I am so sorry he is still sick. Sending get better vibes to you and Alex and hope that you won't get it!!!

Hello ladies,

My sister and nieces are leaving this afternoon, I love them but I am ready for some peace and quiet. Today's workout will be Cardio & Weights cardio and PUB. I am going to try to start BFL today. It just seems like a lot of times to eat throughout the day. It is going to be difficult to remember all the meals.

Belinda - Great lower body workout. B&G abs are tough, especially the stability ball work.

Amelia - Good job on the workout. Pushups on the toes are tough, I can do about 15 but can't keep up with Cathe in GS.

Lori - Sorry you little boy isn't feeling well. What workout do you have planned for today?

Well I need to get my workout done, I will be back with more personals later. Hello to Carrie, Stacey, Kristine, and Cheryl.
 
Just a quick check-in. I went to physical therapy this morning for my knees--funny thing is my ankle hurts now (the one that I injured a while back and went to pt for as well). Oh well. The PT said I should not do step aerobics "for now" so I guess that doesn't mean for good, at least. :) I told him about using the MatStep and said I still had pain when I used it but said I could probably do it lower impact, and he said I can do that unless it starts to hurt. Today is 4DS LIS so that's already low impact and I'll do it with my new MatStep. He said not to do any lower body work other than what I do at physical therapy (and home exercises he gives me). So at least I have some instructions to work with now.

As for my illness, I feel o.k. during the day--it's just at night that the drainage bothers me and I start coughing. I might go to the doctor soon but it never seems to do any good. x(

Be assured that I am jollier than you might think with all these physical complaints. I'm a happy person and it takes a lot to really slap me down. I'm about to go put Ewan down for a nap and then do my workout, so I'll BBL for personals.

p.s. Using the word "jollier" reminds me of something my mom used to say. "I'm going to beat you halfway to jolly and back." I couldn't figure out how she was going to beat me until I was happy until I realized it referred to the town of Jolly, Texas. Apparently her mother said it to her as well. Don't worry, she wasn't abusive--I got the occasional spanking but just like most kids back in the day did.

Well my company has finally gone and I am relaxing:) I did C&W cardio and PUB today, it was a good workout. I have been struggling to get those six meals in for BFL, this is a tough program to follow. I went grocery shopping and got some items but I think I may need some more stuff. Oh and I discovered that I hate cottage cheese...it is so gross. I even put blueberries in it thinking it might make it better but nope it was still bad:-( The chocolate cream myoplex shakes aren't that good either, maybe if I made them with skim milk instead of water. I am going to try that next time. BFL seems like a good program, it is just different than what I am use to, I am sure I will get everything down before too long.

Hello again. I did 4DS LIS today but skipped the calves part. I used my MatStep and didn't burn as many calories as usual, but at least it was better for my knees that way. Still a fun workout. I pushed myself and lifted heavier than last week, matching Cathe's weight on at least half of it, which is good for me.

Amelia, I need to work on straight leg pushups as well. I was doing a handful before going to my knees but then I started using the Perfect Pushup things and they make pushups so tough! But maybe that will be good for strengthening me to do better regular pushups eventually. I liked all the ideas on that OD thread, too.

Lori, hope your DS gets to feeling better!

Belinda, great workout today. My lower body is all physical therapy stuff right now.

Carrie, I think writing down what you do is helpful, too. I use Excel worksheets for Cathe's workouts and also have some for Amy Bento's and Tracey's workouts, too. Today I looked over what I did last week on the same workout and made sure I bumped a little higher. Also, I write "ouch" next to the weight used if it was really hard to get through--then I don't bump that one up quite as soon.

Stacey, good luck with your sick DS. That's the worst kind of night to go through when your little one is feeling terrible and there's only so much you can do to make it better. {{{{HUGS}}}}

Kristine, sounds like you were busy today--hope you got in a fun workout.

Shannon, glad you got your house back to yourself. It's great to have visitors but sometimes even nicer when they leave. :p
