Hi and good morning,

I am getting us started this morning. Not sure, what I will do today? I will be back to report my workout later(I hope I have internet, since we are on the road), if not I will be back tomorrow.

Good Morning:)

I feel better now that I had a good nights sleep. I even had a hour long nap after dinner last night. I had no trouble getting up for a workout.....don't feel anything yet:D I will take it while I can.

I went to see the Dr yesterday and he suggested I not do the HM. He said there is a difference in exercising and doing that. He also suggested low impact or a light jog:confused: I am still going to run. I will just listen to my body. So I am still going to go to Ottawa. I debated but its just as well.

I was going to catch up on personals but I am on the computer with missing keys. I couldn't connect to the internet on the other computer.

No workout yesterday. Right now I am thinking 4DS chest and back, 20 mins TM and 20 mins bike. I am hoping tomorrow will be legs and then Fri can be cardio with a full body workout.

I think today I will do 4 DS LIS Circuit. I can't remember what upper body weights are in each. :confused: So I figure I'll do HIS tomorrow....

I have nothing and everything to say today...LOL! I think I'll just catch up on personals....lol

Belinda- Omg ....((((Hugs))))) I've been thinking about you guys with all this crazy weather! lmfao @ the cleaning crew....!!!! I can't believe that lady told you listen to her. I woulda smacked the b**ch! lmaoooo. So where was your son supposed to be? Back with you guys? He all of a sudden decided to stay?

Deb- Stop!!! I think they have to use the back of their hand!! So as not to get slapped with some kind of harrassment or something. I'm glad the weather wasn't that brutal. lol @ eating your way through Florida. ;)

Lori- Glad you are feeling better today! There's a girl my age who became pregnant with twins a couple of months after I started. She's "walk fast at a very high incline" workout girl. She kept with it! Regularly! And as the months went on, she laid off on speed and brought down the incline, but kept walking that full hour. up to 8 1/2 months! With twins! Her labor was 2 hours. She had them natural. And no stomach. So it pays (under doctor's care of course) to keep up with regular exercise. I would def. say no HM....once you're pregnant, you want to avoid any "new" stresses on the body, but I'm sure you know that!!! I'm so glad you're still going to Ottowa , though!!!

Melissa- Well how's it going with DA?? Nice workout yesterday!! Doc appointment went well....the "annual" worst 15 min. of the year...:rolleyes: Looks like it's every two years now, though. So, some shops are coming out of the woodwork up here for me to look, but thanks for checking!

Helene- How's it going?? I will wait a couple of weeks to look...so I'll let you know and we can go!

Amelia- So sorry to hear about your MIL :( But I'm glad you had a good time on your vacation!! Did you end up on Donut duty?

Kristin- If you want to talk about it, bring it up! (((Hugs))) I did here a lot when my mom first got diagnosed. I swear that was the worst day of my life when I heard. I did so much research and analyzing and etc etc..... It never gets eaiser, BUT you do learn to enjoy a little more, and deal a little better after some time passes. Just try and stay positive.....((Hugs)) Oh and LMAO @ the cycle class. I only laugh cuz you're ok!!! How's the bruising??? Any better? When is tee ball over for you?

Cookie- I wasn't aware of any changes in the forums....hmmmmm....

No donut duty today...im off until Saturday:eek: i was so relieved to hear that too.

Yesterday i had to make myself get dressed and get in a workout, i did 40mins on the treadmill, 30 was running and the other ten was a warm up and cool down. It was a good run. Didn't go very far,lol, about 2.8 miles...but still a good run:p And the thing that made me so proud was that I was never out of breath...which means my endurance is getting stronger.

Today is back to the CLX rotation, blah...these workouts have a huge dread factor to me:confused: I have 5 more workout with the rotation and im done with ChaLean, thats the only thing keeping me going with these:eek:. Just not into it anymore...

Im also starting on eating better today. I can't log into MFP for some reason...had a hard time with it for a few days. I sent mike (creator, i guess?) an email and he didn't know what was going on so I had to make another account:( Helene, Trish...you guys still on MFP? If so please send me a friend request, I'm AmyT78:)! I've decided to print out my food once i've completed the day and put it on my fridge...for a reminder. DH is on a health kick too which makes it easier for me.:)

Belinda-How awful about the cleaning ladies..wow:eek: I hope they didn't charge you for anything - thats crazy! So sorry your move isn't going so well, I hope it gets better {{{Hugs}}}

Good morning girls! Today I did STS plyo legs, the low impact timesaver premix from Kick Max, and the stability ball stretch part of Stretch Max. I have a lot of damage control to do! My eats weren't too great last night :eek: I didn't eat anything really "bad" but I went WAY too far over my calories for the day!

Today DA is taking me to Cold Spring; we figured it was nice out so we wanted to do something outside. Looking forward to walking around the town and then he wants to go eat at a restaurant on the water.

Deb, oooooh I'm not a Harry Potter fan but I really wanna see that attraction in Universal!!! It looks so cool. Universal was def my favorite of the Disney parks! OMG @ the airport security!!! That is crazy! DA & I aren't bf/gf but we are "seeing each other" and both agreed that there will be no seeing other people. So I guess we are bf/gf without the title? Like I said, I don't get this dating stuff!

Belinda, welcome back!!!! :eek::eek::eek: @ your weekend, holy moly!! That is crazy with the cleaning crew. If they are professionals, why the H are they cleaning with dish soap?! NUTS! Sorry to hear about DS staying but he will be done soon! Hope this week goes better for you! At least the move is over now :)

Lori, lol you are a machine! My friend is a runner and she ran up until she was 6mos preggo. She kept up with her workouts through the entire pregnancy too and she had an easy birth. Glad you're feeling better today!

Iris, LOL I am the same way with 4DS, I have no clue what weights are in each WO! Love that series though. Aaah the lovely annual. I have to make the appt for mine. They always want you to call 6 mos in advance :confused:

Amelia, awesome job on the run! Great job on the eating healthy too! You are working girl!
 
Sorry ladies I hope to be back for personals tomorrow

Did m2 d14 legs then tried to do lowmax without the blast but my legs would not cooperate LOL so I went for a fast walk around the neighborhood. About 2 miles. Also walked two miles fast at lunch too and hoping to make it a new routine.

I've been lurking though, so I'm up to date on the happenings :)

Amelia, congrats of increasing your endurance - that's awesome. My mom has chf, and last year she was so sick. We honestly didn't think she'd make it. TG she did.
Iris, I used to play a lot of pranks on a colleague. He was so neat he could tell how many pencils he had in a cup. I would often just go in and rearrange everything, but the time that got to him is when I turned the desk completely around and left the top as usual. So he went to sit down and there was no space for his legs. The look on his face was priceless.
Helene, that was some workout. How long are you working out these days. It was a great day for a walk - or two.
Deb, my dd got the hand treatment on our way to Texas and the exchange student got it on the way back. That lady probably was just impressed with your rear view and couldn't resist!
Melissa, think I know the place in Cold Spring on the river! Was it at the bottom of a long street full of antique shops? We've gone there a couple of times. Cute little village. How was the day?

Did double wave this morning and my ankle was okay, not great but okay. However, I'm having a bad week this week and today it just got to me. Instead of walking like Helene, I came home and ate and ate. Yep, and it wasn't carrots either. Amelia, do you have any tips for me from your therapist. Now I feel like I swallowed a boulder and look like Lori will in about 6 more months.

Hi Girls,

What a busy day at work. Paper wise...not running around. I think mental work is harder the physical work most times.

My workout this morning was 30 mins on the TM,15 mins on the bike, 4DS chest and back and GS shoulders. I am hoping to do legs and another run tomorrow.

Belinda** Nice workout.

Ameila** Who cares how fast you were;) As long as you got a good workout in that's all that matters.

Iris** That was funny when you decided not to say anything at all! LOL That's how I feel right now. I could *itch about my day or mostly my mood but I won't. I am looking forward to what being active will do for me this time. I bounced back pretty quick the last time anyway but I still gained to much. With DD I only gained 30 but I was also very sick with her:confused:

Helene** I hate it when my legs won't cooperate. Drives me crazy!

Melissa** Sounds like you and DA are hitting it off. Where did you meet this guy anyway? I need to talk to someone who ran while they were pregnant. My sister sent me a text message yesterday, telling me about a girl who ran a HM while pregnant. Its tempting but I better listen to the doc.

I think that catches me up with today's personals anyway. See ya in the morning!

So much work to catch up with & haven't touched the house since I'm back:( I decided to do bi's & tri's with free weights before work today. I didn't have much motivation/energy for anything else.

Belinda - I hope you can relax now that the 2nd move is over. It's been rough for you the last month:( take it easy.

Lori - Do you get morning sickness when your pregnant? Great job with your workout . . . I agree the best thing is to listen to your body.

Iris - I loved Cookie's idea to turn the desk around;) Sounds like your feeling better.

Amelia - Did you get the pool up? Great job with your run.

Melissa - Your date sounds like fun . . . let us know how it goes.

Helene - Great job with your workouts today:)

Cookie - Ugh, on the bad week sometimes we need to indulge and get back on track the next day, with all your workouts I'm sure it's a wash.

Kristin - Don't hesitate to ask or vent anytime you want. The one thing I wanted to mention was I notice with my MIL she does better one on one or with small groups of people, otherwise she becomes very quiet.

Trish - How are you?
