Good morning,

Getting us started! I will do a circuit or a LB workout today?

Amelia - good job on your workout yesterday.

Melissa - nice job on your mix of workouts yesterday. I am doing my won thing, I am thinking about starting STS next week again.

Cookie - of course, I have AC in the RV, LOL! It's a matter of fact, we have 2 AC in the RV!There is no way, I could workout in that heat without it! LOL! WTG. on your C and T workout this morning.

Kirstin - LOL, our RV is huge! I have a small step, which is perfect. WOW, you are tall!

Debbie - glad you had fun with that spin yesterday. You would be suprise how much space and what you can do in the RV, lol. I have my workout roon all set up. LOL!

Good Morning

The thing about going to bed so early is that I am getting up early...not real early but earlier then I need to on my day off. Coffee isn't going down to great today.

Yesterday's workout was GS bic and back, 4DS shoulders, and 45 mins on the TM. I usually run to the 30 mins mark, then I take some walking breaks, and run for another couple of mins. I try to keep moving for 45-60 mins anyway. DS and I walked to the playground after I worked out. I felt the best yesterday evening. If this is as bad as it gets I can handle it. I can still function, workout and eat....there is just a lump in my throat when I do it, that's all.

So I have opened up to the option of getting a van. DH has wanted me to get a van forever and I probably do need something a little bigger then a car but I wanted a car before I got pregnant again. I still think we could manage just fine with a car plus it's cheaper on gas. Yesterday evening we drove around for a while and went to the car dealerships. I saw one that I liked but there was nice price sheet on the window and according to how it looked on the inside, it was expensive.

Belinda** I am picturing you trying to workout in an RV and I can't imagine that there is a whole lot of room:p Much like when I use to workout in our basement appt! I use to workout in this tiny area. AND I didn't have any workout clothes so I would wear a bikini! LOL Now that was a site to see!

Ameila** If I can vent all day about how I feel...then I am sure you can too! I am super whiny these days!

Kristin** I would have died in that heat yesterday! The good thing about making cupcakes that late at night is that they don't have to be in the oven for too long. But the question is....did you eat any???

Deb** I am not sure what is kicking in. I felt kind weird when I woke up this morning but I feel a bit better now. Yesterday I was just sick off and on all day. I have never had a pregnancy yet where I am just sick in the mornings. How easy would that be? With DD I was sick all day and with DS I was sick in the evenings.

Iris** Yeah, moving to another gym might not be the best choice. I am sure you will figure it all out.

Melissa** Those were some crazy abs....I couldn't stop looking at them either;)

I think I am going to do a run/walk like yesterday again and then LBB. I have a workout session at 11 and I am taking DS to the play ground at 1 with a friend. I may go test drive vans after that......

Good Morning Ladies

I ended up not working out until late last night with DT. We did that Upper Body 500 Challenge. I was wrecked. It's timed, so I was happy I finished it 4 minutes faster than the first time. My back is still killing me. :confused: Seriously, I'm laying off today...lol!

Here was the breakdown for the Upper Body challenge: I think I may have posted this before...lol

Chest Press- 50 reps
Push Ups- 50
Dips - 50
Tricep Press Downs (Cable Machine)- 50
Shoulder Circles - 50
DB Press- 50
Rear Delts Raises - 50
Lat Pulls - 50
Bicep Curls (Cable) - 50
Alternating DB Hammer Curls - 50

You time yourself on this.....I was doing pushups 5 at a time..LOL! Took me 33 minutes this time. 37 the first time. I couldn't get my shirt off when I got home :eek:

Forget DB. :( He gets real close, and then he pulls away.....I'd had it. He's not gone yet, but we decided might as well walk away now. We're both moving in a month, so what's the point. But I was really hurt by it, so because of that, I asked him to lay off coming to the gym for yesterday, I knew it was going to be a long day for me, and a late one, I didnt need the distraction. So what does he do?? He comes in the middle of the afternoon, (he obviously didn't go to work). I said "you musn't have gotten my email"....he said " Oh I did". Jerk. Who does that? He couldn't even respect my wishes. :( DC wasn't there either, so I had nowhere to go, so I left until my next appointment. *sigh*. I'm over it.

Amelia- Feel free to vent anytime! I can only imagine how frustrated you are. :( Don't feel bad about it. This must be hard on your everyday routine, and it's your home that you dont' feel comfortable in when she's there. It must feel like you can't escape anything and have some peace. ((Hugs))

Belinda- I'm trying to imagine Intenstiy in the RV. :eek: Glad you have the room for it!!!

Melissa- It's hard deciding on a rotation, because half the days I need to workout at the gym if I workout at all!! I'm thinking of selling the DVD's that I own, and starting to do downloads!

Cookie- That's great you got your workout in! How'd the late night meeting go??

Kristin- So happy about your review!! It's always so nice to hear that what you do matters and is noticed!! I've been so intrigued by that Smartboard since the beginning....lol! Why doens't the day care accept baked goods?

Deb- DC doesn't want to be there the day I tell him I'm leaving, but that won't be in the very near future anyways. Yes, the heat is brutal!! Thank god for AC in the gym. :p

Morning everyone,

I have come to the realization that checking in during the week is getting to be really hard. So you'll hear more from me on the weekends. It just never lets up and I need my beauty sleep ;)

So just saying hi. I lurk enough to know what is going on though. :p

Woke up too late so it will be HIS cardio and leaner legs tonight.

The Gauntlet is done! I am a sweaty mess rright now, lol! Before my workout, I took the dogs for a 30 min walk.

Iris - you do 50 pull ups? WTG, girl! Your workout yesterday looks amazing!

Lori - I have enough room to get a good workout in, you be suprised what you can do in small spaces, lol! Nice job, on your workout yesterday. How are you feeling?

Cookie - hope your leg is feeling better.

Off the shower! I will be back tomorrow. DH and I will go to DC and have dinner with friends and DD.

Hi Girls

I had a all bran bar before my workout this morning but about 30 mins into my run I started to get hungry and sick. So I had to eat again before I could do legs. Its like Im a bottomless pit all day and then dinner time I am not hungry and I don't eat anything else for the rest of the evening. I guess I can't sleep and eat, can I? I keep looking for something with substance that will stick with me for more then an hour but it's hard to find. I am wondering if I am not famished b/c I go so long in the evening without eating...from 7-7 really and then when I wake up my body needs lots? Plus I workout on top of it?
So far today I have had:

All bran bar
Toast, 1 egg, 1 white, orange
10 crackers and cheese
bagel with butter ( I know)

And its only 12:30
Alright...so my workout was 45 mins on the TM and LBB standing work.

I will bbl to catch up on personals!

Hello ladies! Just finished up KPC/Legs & Glutes premix, the 80 min one. I tacked on 20 min of Jillian Michael's kickboxing too! This afternoon I'm finally getting my hair done and then picking up my liquor kits. Not too many tastings this weekend which kinda sucks :(

Kristin, I don't know how you guys survive those classrooms in the heat! You must have a bunch of fans going. Awesome job on the review, you rocked it!!! :D Mom's school year ends the last week of June. She is already counting down!

Deb, this heat is a killer. Poor boys playing in that weather, I can't even imagine! Oooh "Goodfellas" is one of my all-time favorite movies too!!!!

Belinda, nice job on the WO today! I haven't tried the Gauntlet yet. Have a great dinner!

Lori, glad to hear you are feeling ok. So far so good! What kind of car are you looking to get?

Iris, :eek::eek::eek: @ that upper body challenge! My arms hurt just reading that! Holy crap, you go woman!!!! Ew @ DB, wth is that???? Maybe he thought once you saw him you would change your mind. Stupid men!

Amelia, did you ever get to talk to someone about eating? I am so disappointed and aggravated with myself - yesterday and today, but especially today, mine was just not good.
Iris, what's up with guys: why don't they just listen to what we're saying? That workout sounds so tough. You must have doms!
Melissa, wow that was some workout. How long did it take altogether?
Helene, it is hard to get the time to check in sometimes. You have a lot going on with young children and work. Hope you're taking care of yourself.
Kristin, hot middle schoolers are not a pretty sight! It is so hard to concentrate when it is hot and humid. Congrats on your review. Have you thought of doing National Board certification? You should.
Trish, has the heat gotten to you? Hope all is well.
Deb, how do you get everything done? I'm trying to straighten up for a graduation party on Saturday, do some prep on the cooking/baking, and am exhausted, and I only did one work out.
Jillian's power yoga today. My leg is feeling better but I really want to do something more rigorous. I'm missing plyo.

Hi,

Today I did GS back, shoulders & bi's and walked slowly w/incline on the TM for 30. So I have a physical tomorrow so no eating starting at 10PM. I normally don't eat at that hour but of course I sitting hear starving and thinking of all the food I can't eat:confused:

Belinda - Cool a workout room in the RV:)

Lori - It would be great if you only get sick in the AM and not all day. Do you have any preferences girl or boy?

Iris - Wow, on the workout!!! It must help with the stress your going through.

Helene - Check-in when you can, your plate is full. Work is slow now for me but having a hard time getting motivation for all the house projects:(

Melissa - That premix sounds interesting but your legs must be fried.

Cookie - I procrastinate getting things around the house done and will often do an extra workout before starting something:eek: I would have to give up all workouts if I were having a party on Saturday so don't be so hard on yourself:)

Kristin - Did they let you out early today?

Amelia - Hoping you were able to get time for you today.
