Today I will do M1 D3.

What are your plans for this weekend? Not sure what we will do? DH, I think is working:confused:

Good Morning Ladies

Rest Day for me.....as far as a workout goes! I see DC @ 8:30, then onto work, then an early Father's Day dinner tonight. Then I will crash!! I'm so happy only one more Thursday double next week. Doing those and getting up early to train and do it all over again is extremely tiring!

Belinda- Hope you had a great workout today! Sorry your DH is working this weekend. :(

Trish- ((((Hugs)))) I agree with Belinda, dont' stay away! I also wish there was something we could do...... but know that we are thinking of you!

Lori- Ohhhhh yeah....you're idea is nothing short of BRILLIANT. :eek::eek::p:D I dont' even have a couch for anyone to sleep on....lol

Amelia- lol @ the tomahawk chop. :p Nice workout yesterday! I'm pretty sure NYY lost last night againsty Philly :confused:

So....DG came in real early, didn't even see him coming, Annie and I were sitting having lunch, and he just plopped down. :confused: Annie mostly had his ear, I'm usually silent when her or my partner is around, they've all been friends for years. So then, Annie gets up! :mad: And he says to me "You know we're finished, right?" lmaoooo....I'm like "no, I had no i.d.e.a!" So then I get up and he says, "did you lose weight?" I ALMOST turned around and said "yep, and looks like you found it"... but I refrained, I just said "yep" and kept walking. That is so mean. But that is what I meant when I said I can hit back twice as hard...........don't cross me, I'll diminish you....isn't that AWFUL? :eek: He came in and out a couple times throughout the day, but never made a scene....I really think it's close to being over over AND he still doesn't know yet. Because if he did, he'd have already said something. Ok....Have a great day ladies!

I didn't want to get up when DS decided it was time to get up! I think I could have slept for another couple of hours. But I have tons of stuff to do today so the earlier I start my day, the better!

I think I am going to run outside with DS later. When I was lying in bed I could see the trees moving...great....just great! Throw the wind in on top of everything!:rolleyes:I would also like to get abs work in. And besides for that I have to make some things for tonight, do laundry and clean the house a bit. Im not going crazy cause I will have to clean it again tomorrow!

Belinda** That was alot of working out you did yesterday! Are you trying to out shine me or something?;) Or are you working out for you and your friend! LOL

Iris** What a tool! What did he think you were going to say? Did he think he was going to get a rise out of you? And he should "know" you don't care cause you haven't contacted him or gave him the time of day! So strange!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Trish** Sorry to hear you are going through this. I have certainly battled my own battles. In highschool I never use to eat lunch. Every day was the same. I ate cheese whiz toast for breakfast and nothing else till dinner,then I would workout and go to bed so I wouldn't eat anything else. But I was never skin over bones. Then when I got back into exercise...about 12 yrs ago now, I didn't have very good body image. I was always comparing myself to others and just wasn't happy, no matter how I looked. Of course in the past couple of years I have eased up BIG TIME,maybe that comes with age? I have just learned to except myself for what I am. Hopefully you will get the help you need...if you need any at all. Its not good feeling like you've lost control.Let us know how it goes!!

O.k...I have tons to do and the day is moving by!! I might bbl,depends on how much I get accomplished today!

Belinda: Enjoy your workout. Sorry DH has to work this weekend. You seem to be working out real hard again. Do you have some goals that you are trying to reach?

Lori: So of course you already know that Belinda and I are the same person :p So you won't be surprised that I did CCV4 also yesterday (3.7 miles and 388 calories in 45 minutes) and a second workout which was back and biceps in the morning. Whoever said we were trying to outshine you :eek:? Don't worry, I couldn't do it. ;)

Iris: Yep, DG is completely out of his league with you. Too funny. Glad you only have one more week of this. OK, I'll run with you. :D Let me know what to do to sign up.

Trish: I agree, don't stay away. I'll try to PM you a form this weekend that I shared with Cookie and Iris that has really been helping me with the BFFM challenge. I usually have tons of issues with my food but this is really helping me. It's essentially a calendar and i write in it goals for every day and at the end of the day I can put a check mark next to it. There is also room for keeping a streak going.

Amelia: Did you go check out the gym and see about the membership yet? Nice job with your calories. By the way, my scale gave me a mini 'woosh' this morning. Enough to make a girl smile. ;)

Cookie: So the report mania continues? I hope your week is almost done and that you are in control of your eats. Do you have any plans for the weekend.

Deb: hope you are having fun in AC.

Alright, I had better get going. I am just going to do shoulders and triceps this morning that I have left over from disc 19. This might be it for the day because yesterday I worked out hard. I might just add a Hiit tonight though. So an easier day.

Confession time. So I had this workout money burning my pocket. And yep, you guessed it, I ordered turbo fire. I'll let you know how I like it. I've never done one of her workouts so I hope I like her. Now why didn't Cathe come out with a pre-sale. Maybe she will announce one at around the time of the RT. I can't wait to find out what she's got up her sleeve for the next series. You know she's gotta to be thinking about it, even if it's not at the front of her tasks.

Hi girls,

We only went to AC for the day. I lost $15 in the 1st 10 min. and walked around for a couple of hours. I decided to play another $20 and won $150 and called it quits:)

Yesterday I took a spin class and worked late when I came home found out my house was on the market and I didn't even put it on:mad: It's funny a couple of days ago 2 real estate agents came to my house saying they heard it was up for sale, I looked at them like they were crazy. I'm guessing it's a computer error waiting to hear back from Zillow:confused:

My hip isn't feel great today after spin so I'm going to do MM upper body after work.

Belinda - Great workout, DS has to work this weekend too so his boss who has 4 little ones can spend Father's Day with them.

Iris - We ended up going to Harrah's Marina which is on the other side of the beach so I couldn't check out the sand and it was raining:D I'm surprised nobody told DG. I was thinking I'll meet up with you at Cathe's gym on Monday. Which hotel are you staying at?

Cookie - I understand it's a long trip for you for 1 day but I'll miss you. I'm going to ask if I'm moving up on the waitlist (fingers crossed) for RT.

Lori - Do you have a party tonight? My Mom is leaving tomorow for a cruise to Novia Scotia.

Helene - I'm hoping we hear about some new Cathe workouts too:) Maybe I could use my AC money for Turbofire;)

Amelia - Did you check out the gym, my membership is up next month flip, flopping back & forth if I should renew for another year:confused:

Trish - I think it's a great idea to get another person's perspective, wishing you luck and you know you can always come here for support.

Morning

Today will be 4ds legs then maybe some yoga...I also plan on mowing the back yard, yesterday i got about 10minutes into it then a thunderstorm started blowing in:mad: I hate starting something then not finishing.

I havent' had a chance to check on the gym yet...still trying to decide if I need a gym membership...it all boils down to money( Im SUCH a tight@ss;))

Helene-Whoohoo on the mini whoosh! You go girl! I got a very-mini whoosh this morning..down .6....LOL! I was excited to see it though, hopefully it will be more by sunday morning:)

My workout is done...4ds legs. Yay! Glad thats over with.

Man, im not sure if its the strict calorie diet that im on but this morning i woke up starving, stomach growling and all. I ignored it, drank some water then my coffee and I felt better but wow, what a crappy feeling to wake up too:confused: I ate 1500 cals yesterday,plenty for me! Guess my body was getting ready to eat my fat and it made a last effort:p;)
