Morning

Today is upper body with a cardio...first! I was thinking about doing PH but then decided on doing dble upper body premix on BM2.

yesterday i got a hair up my butt to do some carpet cleaning so i pulled out the old carpet cleaner(after checking on the well,it was completely full:)) then i started on my living room! I never realize how dirty my carpet is until i shampoo it:confused:

Later in the day yesterday i took the dog out for a 45min walk and thats all i did! I also weedeated around the driveway so i was plenty active yesterday.

Debbie-I thought i heard the other day that real estate sales were on the rise? Maybe shopping will be next! enjoy your rest week from the weights.

Trish-Ive never tried pilate. I did once try yoga and felt awkward. Maybe if i tryed a beginner one. I have seen some nice results from 4ds,i can look in the mirror and tell. I just think i need to do something different before i get bored with it.....:rolleyes:

Belinda-What leg workout are you doing!

Cookie-The 4ds rotation was awesome! I say rotation,but i just happen to pick the weights from 4ds every weight session for 7weeks so i never really planned it:rolleyes:. How was your day today?

Good Morning Ladies,

I had a little energy when I got home last night and did PLB...I forgot that this had a pretty tough floor work out:confused:. This morning I did CC4 burning 412 cals in 42 mins and completing 6 miles.

Cookie - YAY!! You got a night off from work:D Did you get to sleep early after having interrupted sleep the night before?? I'm doing FF's Get Ready for Summer 2007. Next week is the last week of the rotation which is perfect timing. I'm taking the girls to TX to visit my parents so I won't start a new rotation until I get back. Still debating on whether to do Get Ready for Summer 2008, Get Ready for Summer 2009 or start STS over again....we'll see. I don't enjoy yoga as much as pilates. Some of the poses, like warrior, are really uncomfortable for my knees. I started using Ellen Barret for pilates about two weeks ago. So far I like her, but I'm hoping to get a little more burn in. I found Mari Winsor's Bun & Thigh pilates provides excellent burn.

Deb - What men dipslays are you doing? Sounds exciting! I had a bad eat day yesterday -- fast food, lemoncella cake from cheesecake factory...just awful!!! I'm hoping that the scale is still my friend by the end of the week:( Have fun kickboxing!

Amelia - You should try pilates sometime. It's nice to be on the floor but still get a good wo. I really like BM2 dble ub premix, too. Really works you good. Have fun with it and the cardio. Are you doing CC?

Lori - Where are you hiding??

Belinda - How was your cardio today? Which leg wo are you doing today?

Workout done! bm2 dble up premix(minus the warmup) then a run interval on the treadmill. Burned 498 cals in total

Trish-Do you know any beginner Pilate workouts i could try? Great job with your workout....

I only did S&H legs today, I was paying around with skype.com:rolleyes: I still can't get my webcam going? It's driving me nuts!

Trish I ran a 8 min. mile, I am only 5ft 1 in.! My DH never saw me running that fast, he said my little legs where going so fast, like speedy! LOL! You get a change to go on a marriage retread, go! Haven’t set my surgery yet, not sure when I will do it? Yah, DH will keep you informed. LOL! Sounds like you had a crazy weekend. WTG on your workout today.

Cookie on the marriage retread we watched 2 hours very fun movies. The rest of the time was free time. We watched Fireproof your marriage(that’s a good move), I don’t remember the other one (he was so funny, I was laughing the entire time, I will ask our chaplain if I can get that one for a few weeks). I got The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and The Five Love Languages by John M. Gottman, PH.D , Love Busters + His Needs Her Needs by Willard F. Harley.Jr., Firepoof Your Marriage Couples Kit and The Love Dare book. They all free! I have a lot to read, lol! I started reading His Needs Her Needs! I think Lori having computer problems again!

Debbie at the marriage retread we watched only 2 hours movies, the rest of the day was free time.. DH and I spent some much needed quality time together. I will go on another marriage retread in August, they are a lot of fun. Great workout this weekend. Have fun with KB today.

Belinda, your retreat sounds great! One of my sisters went on a marriage retreat and really thought it was great. My DD is going away for three weeks this summer, and I'm considering that our retreat. When is your trip to Tuscany? I'll have to look for those books.
Amelia, I have a Mari Windsor one I can send you. PM me your address again. I may still have a VHS one by someone else. Would you want that also? Cathe uses a lot of pilates-type moves in her ab workouts. One of my DD's friends mom has her own studio. Boy, I'd love to have her abs. Another mom is a yoga instructor, and I want her arms! Pick and choose body parts. I wish I was as good as doing work around my house as you are. Did BM2 on Sunday, and once on the upper body was enough for me. Was suprised how much I felt worn out while doing it - especially after sts.
Deb, was it a kb class or dvd? Have you tried Amy's Kickbox Surge? It's made me reconsider her - really like it. Most of my family lives 45 minutes away. When we were moving back into the region that was my DH's idea. They're all at each others all the time and he prefers more privacy.
Trish, I took some Tylenol PM and slept - ohhhh it was sooooo good. Think I might do it one more night just to really catch up. What a difference it makes. I prefer pilates over yoga too. We must have the same dvds. Only I just offered Mari to Amelia. Not sure if it's the same one or not. My dad and three siblings live near Houston. Where's your family?

Did kettlebell - Newport tonight. My first time with it, and it's tough! Love it. Made it all the way thru the five minute snatch. I should go back to logging my food. Lately I'm nibbling on just about anything - animal crackers, Triscuits, ... I don't even really care for them!

I'm checking in later than Cookie again:eek: I took kickboxing at the gym this morning. The instructor is one of my favorites (2 more kickboxing classes to go) the gym closes on June 30th.

Belinda - The retreat sounds like fun and the place is so beautiful! I don't know a lot about skype but it sounds perfect for you and your kids.

Amelia - Lots of Cleanmax today:D I always wonder how dirty my carpets are with all the dust I find on my hardwood floors after only a few days of cleaning:eek:

Trish - I'm doing PE Men's wallets at Macy's and Joseph Lyman wallets at Bloomies. Great job getting your workout in last night:)

Cookie - My DH takes melatonin or tylenol PM to sleep everynight:confused:
I actually have Amy's kickbox surge but haven't tried it yet.

Lori - Are you off from work and running after DS?
