Morning
Today is upper body with a cardio...first! I was thinking about doing PH but then decided on doing dble upper body premix on BM2.
yesterday i got a hair up my butt to do some carpet cleaning so i pulled out the old carpet cleaner(after checking on the well,it was completely full

) then i started on my living room! I never realize how dirty my carpet is until i shampoo it
Later in the day yesterday i took the dog out for a 45min walk and thats all i did! I also weedeated around the driveway so i was plenty active yesterday.
Debbie-I thought i heard the other day that real estate sales were on the rise? Maybe shopping will be next! enjoy your rest week from the weights.
Trish-Ive never tried pilate. I did once try yoga and felt awkward. Maybe if i tryed a beginner one. I have seen some nice results from 4ds,i can look in the mirror and tell. I just think i need to do something different before i get bored with it.....
Belinda-What leg workout are you doing!
Cookie-The 4ds rotation was awesome! I say rotation,but i just happen to pick the weights from 4ds every weight session for 7weeks so i never really planned it
