Morning
Amelia: So sorry about doggie. That picture is adorable. What a cute dog!
Speaking of bad weather, last year we had an ice strom that knocked the power out in the region. Had to stay in a hotel for a week

That was not fun!
Iris: I've done step moves but I can't remember. I think I liked it fine, but I enjoyed athletic step more. And yes, I really like RS. As for the 6 1/2 months. I was ready to leave Meso behind at the end. But I was glad to have all that time with Meso 2. I never did meso 3 but was planing of doing Meso 3 over 1 month. I think this is all somewhat flexible anyways as long as you spend at least a month on each meso and work all the bodyparts.
Lori: LOL at the 3s being easier than 13. I know we'll get there with DD and it won't be fun. Hopefully this forum is still going strong at that time and all of you can comiserate and give me advice/sympathethy. Do you think my neighbors will get mad if I go smell their dog's paws

Glad that DS had a nice party. DH is starting to plan DD's cake. He wan't to make a tree with Tinkerbell. We'll see how that turns out. Nice workouts!
Belinda: How long is DH gone for? I guess you must be used by now. But still, that's no fun. At least you've got Cathe and TCs to keep you busy

Nice on doing leg curls. That's a good idea and when the weight goes up more I might do that as well. Nice TC workout. How is your back doing?
Deb: How are you doing? Are things starting to settle down? I hope so. How is DS reacting with all that by the way. Is he understanding that he screwed up? Do you think he and DS number 2 are learning from this? I still have to try Zumba some day. I really will have to go and for sure I will let you know about it. Keep getting your workouts in to relieve stress. At my age, if my neighbor said I looked like a cheerleader, I would be happy
Cookie: How is your mom going? Is she better after the surgery now? Sorry you had to dig into the cookies. I've used that as substitute meals in the past as well. And also felt bad about it afterwards. I haven't seen you post about doing MIC in a long time. Maybe you are due for stress relief? Sorry you got stuck in your driveway.
I think I'm caught up. Sorry if I forgot anything

Hi to Trish! Wonder is you're in Hawaii at the moment.
It is cold here. And my basement was freezing. But I just did Hiit 30/30 so now I am warm. It was good and for sure easier than 40/20 but not a walk in the park either. I shouldn't wear my HRM though because it only said 241 calories at the end of it. I only paused once to add 10 seconds towards the end. I have two weeks until the next vacation (Atlantis in the Bahamas). I am so excited. You might be able to tell by my ticker choice.

I still have to do M2D13 because I never got it in yesterday. Always more difficult when I have visitors, but now I am back on schedule.
Enjoy your weekends!
