Belinda: Sorry the house situation is still a work in progress. I remember when we got a house, I was wondering what was going through people's mind with wallpaper! And it's so much work to get off too! I have heard from a lot of people how dirty houses are such a turn off too. I hope you get a good workout in today. Also, how is Alesia's blister from hell. Is it good and gone by now? I hope so!

Cookie: Glad you added that your DD was fine. So scary! I hope you are OK too because that must also have given you such a scare. So there are three of us doing the December rotation. I like it. Keeps me going a little bit more. Your schedule is insane, but I think I've said that before. I hope that you at least have something nice planned for the Holidays?

Hi to everyone else. Have a great start of the week!
Did slide and glide for the first time this morning. The good thing is the dread factor is gone.

I was hoping for more of a calorie burn out of it but I am going spinning tonight so it's turning out rather good.
I have set myself goals for December: Stick to the December rotation; Eat 1400 calories a day with up to 1800 allowed twice a week; lose 5 lbs by December 31st by upping the cardio if necessary. Work work!
