Good morning girls,

Today I'm going to the gym and take a boot camp class and hope to start Meso 3 this evening. Never made it back here yesterday, I posted pictures just click on DebD and you should find them. I wanted to post some pictures of DS's but for some reason I couldn't.

About the roadtrip . . . if you ever get a chance you really should go. It was so much fun. It is a lot squeezed into a couple of days but so worth it. I met Cookie and it seemed like I knew her for years:) We did 7 classes (2 were stretch/yoga). The food was so good. Meeting Cathe was amazing she is so down to earth. She is so willing to take pictures, autographs & even chat with you. We were also able to meet the cast who are equally nice. By the way they are all so tiny:D You will also meet so many nice & friendly people throughout the weekend.

Belinda - Sounds like you had a really fun weekend too! Great job with Itread today:)

Lori - Wow, you did great with your race this weekend!! Nice gift from DH too:) Is this your last race this year?

Amelia - Don't sweat the eating you'll be on track in no time. If Cathe comes near you on the eggland tour you really should go.

Trish - I happy you're enjoying STS this time. It looks like Cathe is coming to NYC for the eggland tour.

Cookie - So how are you feeling? It went by so fast but we will always have the memories. I'm so glad I was able to meet you, get to know you and hang out with you this weekend:)

Ruth - Looks like you found us. It was so nice to meet you. Feel free to check-in with us.

Gianna - Are you near Belinda in Germany? Have fun with your workout today.

Afternoon Girls!

What an intense wo I had this morning. I was literally dripping sweat from my nose and chin! Whew! I did D14 (Legs). It's been a long time since I've gotten that sweaty from weight work. I think it was moving through those trisets without a break that did it. Hoping for good DOMs in the AM;)

Belinda - You must have been smoking on the treadmill today:) Nice calorie burn!

Deb - Thanks for sharing the pics. You look GREAT! I will definitely be at the NYC Eggland visit;) 7 classes??? I don't think I could survive a RT..LOL!! Which one was our darling Cookie in the pics??

Amelia - First days of school are so exciting! I'm looking forward to DD getting settled into her new class and meeting new friends. Sometimes she struggles with this a bit, but in the end it all works out. Enjoy the open house and wo today.

Gianna - What are plans for the day?

Workout done...i decided to mow the lawn today. I burned 898 cals in 104 mins:eek: My legs are shaking and i my hands are red and sore:confused:

Trish-Awesome job with your workout. When does your DD start back to school? Im kinda worried about my son its his first experience away from mommie and i hope he does ok:eek:( and me for that matter:()

Hey to anyone that follows...time to do some house cleaning. Have a great day!

Holy cow!! What a great cal burn...maybe I should work that into my rotation:p 7YO DD goes back 9/2 and 2YO DD goes back 9/9. Oh wow, I didn't realize DS was home with you all this time. Yeah, that is going to be challenging on the first day. My 7YO had the worst time seperating, but it doesn't seem to phase my 2YO. Good luck:eek: I bet it will be nice to have some free time though;)

Good Morning Ladies

I log onto the forum in the morning, and because I am located in another timezone, I am guessing I am last to visit. It is a very motivating way to start the day. I get inspired about my workout, and any laziness is squashed by your posts. Esp when I read about the fab wo results....high calorie burns!

Deb - Thanks for sharing those RT pics. They are fantastic, Esp the Cathe Team Group Shot. Frame it! Are Cathe RT held annually? Same time each year? I really want to arrange to go. I live in Sydney, Australia (Born& raised in NJ), daughter is planning an exchange trip to Germany - hence ?s & references to that in earlier posts. Meso 3 & Bootcamp in one day? No surprise you look like part of the team in that group shot.

Belinda 610 calories!?! FANTASTIC....yes, this is inspiring me to work hard today.

Amelia 898 calories......and the lawn gets a manicure? That is multi-tasking. Little ones off to school....it can be hard to let go. But in no time you will both settle in to the new routine & you will love hearing about BIG SCHOOL ADVENTURES.

Trish - I notice there is a bit of a gap between your children. Mine too, but a larger gap. 14YO and 7YO. I find the second child seems to do most "firsts" a bit easier. I think they just look up to & want to be grown up like the older sibling. D14 - Legs (STS?)......dripping with sweat? I better push it in D9 so I can keep up in D14.

Well ladies, have a great day. I am off to STS Disc 9 Legs.....LB is most challenging for me. But after reading about the hard work you put in, I know I can do it.

Trish..not too much longer for your kiddies! And OMG... im kinda excited about all my free time, even though i may start working with my dh in the upcoming weeks. I won't be working 'with him' but will be in the same building. Ive decided to only work two days a week for now...ive been a stay at home mom for almost 4yrs now(besides that other saturday job i just quite, lol)i want to ease myself into the work field.:)

Gianna-have a good workout with Disc 9! I know what you mean about getting inspired by this thread...i always feel motivated when i chec- in in the morning:)

ok,talk to you guys tomorrow. Open house for the kids went well.

Introduced to the One Leg Deadlift

Just finished STS D9 LEGS......and said Goodbye to 552 calories and HELLO to One Leg Deadlift (toes elevated)....WOW. A new one for me and I felt it.

Amelia - Enjoy easing in to "back to work" life. I have done the same over the past year. 2 days a week is exactly what I started with and although it took some time to get used to the new juggling act, it was well worth it. The variety is great and it is good to escape "Mommy World" for a bit. Make the best of it.

Hi Gianna - I actually have 3 girls...My stepdaughter is 19:eek: so we've got quite a spread going on. Do you have a girl and a boy? I have found that everything is easier the second time around and I think it has a lot to do with having that older sibling to model after. Yup, I'm also doing STS. I couldn't believe the sweaty mess I was after D14....be forewarned;) You will need a mop:p Great job on D9!

Very late check in!
Lori, happy belated birthday! Sounds like you had a nice day. Like your DH's gift of your race photo framed. Very thoughtful. Gonna do another race soon?
Belinda, glad you survived your party weekend. Are you and Amelia trying to have a calorie burn competition? You two sure are burning them up.
Amelia, if it wasn't dark out now, I might be thinking of a run after reading of your burn yesterday. That's awesome. So are you going to work at DH's place?
Trish, did you DD like her party? Good job on getting up and getting in your wo lately. You have been doing so well. When you make your mind up, that's it.
Gianna, what time zone are you in? Have fun with sts.
Deb, my sister from another mother! It was so much fun, and I can't believe how fast the time flew by. Did you start meso 3?
Well, ladies, we missed you this weekend, and took you along in our thoughts and chats. Haven't had a chance to look at Deb's photos yet, but I'm probably on the far left kneeling with wild hair and a lime green shirt. I'll check in tomorrow with more personals, but am real tired now. Did StretchMax 2 and 3 yesterday and Supersets this morning.
Did you see Iris posted in OD?

Hi girls,

I am a little late psting, talked to my son for hours:p:eek:

Trish, good for you training safe. I do have Cathe's weight gloves and love them. Disc 14 sounds intense, wtg today.

Gianna, I also over-indulged this weekend. Nothing wrong with that once in awhile. Don’t bet yourself up. Is your husband a cook? Great job with disc 8 yesterday. How did your info session (on the 3 mth German exchange) go yesterday? Nice cal. burn on disc 9 today. I have that one on Friday.

Debbie, how did your boot camp class go? Have fun with M3 tonight! I went to the 2007 RT, had so much fun.

Amelia, wtg on your calorie burn. Did you get that run in today? Or was that cal. burn from doing the lawn? WOW!

Cookie, LOL at the having a calorie burn competition. I haven’t done an iTread in so long, that one was a tough one 11% hill. Lots of hills! You probably needed that stretch. Glad you had fun with supersets, that one is fun.

Good night everyone! I am sitting here and drinking my coffee. Will do disc 8 soon. My legs are super sore. I will get a nice stretch in as well.

Talk to you soon!
