Good Morning

Today is suppose to be a rest day but after my cheat day yesterday(that was suppose to be a cheat meal,LOL) I will do a 30min powerwalk and a 30min run interval! I just love doing my TM cardio because I can close the door to my bedroom and 'close out the world' so to speak:)

Today is a new challenge for me! It will last a week. I wrote it in my journal and I will tell you guys too!
First, To go all week without a cheat!
Second,squeeze in some extra cardio's and do my abbs atleast three times!
third, STAY OFF the scale until my WI day on saturday!

Here is my workout schedule for this week!

Sunday-Treadmill(60min)
monday-gs legs/ PUB abbs
Tuesday-Imax2,try to do all of it
wednsday-GS ub(back,shoulders,biceps)abbs
Thursday-Treadmill(60)
Friday-gs legs/abbs
saturday-Treadmill(60min),gs ub(chest&triceps)(aslo my WI/free day)
sunday-rest

So,the only hard day is on saturday and my DH will be home with the kids so i can concentrate. My main foucus is to go easy on myself,i think i got burned out on my last 12 week challenge :-(.

I think my early morning check ins are comming to a end! Or I should say "my relaxing" early morning checkins. DS is just so needy in the morning, whats up with that? I catch up on post, start to write my own post and by the time I actually have it done, 30 mins as went by.
He was in a wonderful mood when he woke up but while eating his breakfast he turned on me and as been whining ever since. I need to get my house work done so DH took him out but his mood changed my mood and now I am crabby! I will probably feel better after I am done my housework.

Anyway, yesterday I got outside for a run. It was ggggreat! The only sucky thing was I had to run around town, meaning, the outside of town. So there were only a few houses to look at and every time i turned a corner, there was another long road ahead of me. I hate seeing where I have to go. If I go out again today I will probably have to do the same route b/c i am taking DS in his stroller and the sides of the roads around town are pretty dry.

We went out last night. Not a big deal. At the banquet they had turkey dinner, but not a huge portion. And dessert sucked! Sure I could have picked at it till it was all gone but I looked at DH and said "this isn't even worth the cals" Who cares when it is actually something yummy, right? But this wasn't!

Ameila** The rotation you came up with looks pretty good! Isn't interval running on the TM great? You will be running in no time. It really is the best way to get your speed and endurance up!When i wasn't working I use to make Sat's my long workout as well. I deserved after being home with a kid all week, it was DH's turn!

Cheryl**That was a pretty long run yesterday! Woo Hoo! How many phases of your diet do you have left to go?

Sara** Glad to hear your knee wasn't bothering you yesterday. Prehaps the end is near!

Belinda** Hope you are having a good time in Italy!x( ;) :7 hehe!

Carrie** I meant to ask you, are you following another P90X rotation right now?

To everyone else...hope you all have a good day! Better get this house work done, its not going to do itself. See, I am in a better mood already!

Hi, everyone! Lori, I thought just one diet phase left and I had planned it to start April 18 - but now I'm thinking I'm going to start it NOW even though I have business travel this next two weeks. I've had too many temptations and I'd like to get the structure going again right away rather than wait. I don't know if I'll be as effective from the road as from home, so I may not succeed in getting all the way below 120 in this final round, but we'll see.

Today I'm thinking Muscle Max.

Amelia, your goas for this week sound like very good and realistic ones. Yayy for that! You're right, maybe your last 12 week challenge was a bit too much of a burnout. This week's goals should be good for you there.

Back from our run and happy to say that DS seems to still enjoy the stroller, he was asleep in no time. There were some pretty windy times during my run though and one of them happened to be while I was running uphill!x( I even got a little sick at one point, thats when you know you are pushing yourself.

Cheryl** Hopefully work won't be to hard on your diet. Travel always makes sticking to something a little harder. Enjoy MM,one of my favs!
