Ameila** I think she said it was a 18 hour flight? So I guess she wouldn't be there yet. When did she leave? Enjoy your workout today!

Im doing bic and tris today but Im not sure which cardio. Its raining out so we won't be going outside today. Maybe BM2? I haven't done that one yet this week.
Oh...Im not sure what I am going to do about my rotation. The scale today read 125.1,yesterday it was 124 and the day before that 126.3.And last week I was 123 all week. My eating as been good so it can't be that. Maybe i should just go back to doing whatever,whenever. I was also thinking about going back and looking at what I did last Nov-Dec to get some idea of why I was 117 lbs.
Anyway, enough of my whining!!

Good morning ladies,

Wow, only Lori and Amelia so far checking in. Where is everybody?

My rotation calls out for PLB today. Oh, I am dreading it already. I am not a lower body work fan at all, but my lower body needs some work, so that's what I have to do.

Amelia - Good luck with B&G. I did it 2 days ago. I think it is such a good workout and the time flies.

Lori - How do your clothes fit? Are they fitting the same or are they more snug? If they are fitting the same when maybe it's just muscle gain and I wouldn't worry about it too much. I am normally not a scale person, I just go by on how my clothes fit.

Looks like a quiet day in catheland:eek:

Im done my workout. I was soooo moody before that. I have to check and see when my last period was b/c I was pretty crabby! I did PUB/4DS bics & tris, PUB abs, and BM2. Good workout. I didn't want to do cardio though, I just wanted to sit down and be a *itch!

Kristine** Unfortunatly my clothes are becomming a little snug in the waist and thighs:-( I don't get it cause last night I didn't have anything after dinner. Normally I would be hungry before going to bed, instead I was thristy and downed to glasses of water between 8-10.And I never did get hungry. I hate going to bed hungry but if I do, Im sure to lose those pesky pounds. I also hate working LB! Hate it! Have fun!}(

Hey girly girls!!! Or shall i say Lori and Kristine???? Where is everybody? I know Cheryl and Belinda are busy gals flying and all!

Kristine-I feel your pain....im not a LB kind of gal either! I have yet to do Butts and gutts,im pushing it off until this evening!

Lori-Great workout today! High fives! I thought you were gonna put the scale up for a while? Don't let it drive you nuts....hugs,i know its frustrating! Ive managed to stay off the scale for the week:eek: and i will bring it out in the morning for my weekly WI!Funny thing is that ive felt kinda great all week,ya know emotionally? My DH pointed out that i haven't weighed all week so maybe i need to do this every week. I put the thing up all together and just weigh once a month?

Im gonna psych myself out before stepping on the scale! Ive been eating clean all week(not 100%,but really close;-))so i KNOW results will come,eventually with consistancy! I can already see muscles and things in my body appearing.

Watch the scale say the same thing as last week,LOL!
 
Wow, yep, just Amelia, Lori and I today, that's crazy, we used to have quite a few people on here but everybody left.

Well, I am done with my workout and it was good. I am really sore from PUB from yesterday, so we'll see when the soreness from PLB will kick in }( .

Ok, well hopefully I will be back tomorrow. It's always hard for me to check in on the weekend, just too much going on, but I will try.
