I have asked some questions a few times before and you were always very sympathtic and kind, so here I go again...
I just invested in a pretty good treadmill and I want to incorporate it with your tapes (and I have a lot of them !). I cannot run or jog because it causes too much strain on my body and the fastest I can walk is at 3.8 MPH (I am only an intermediate exerciser). In the past you recommended that I incorporate long walks into my routine and I am trying to do so, only I get tired after 30 minutes.
I was thinking about incorporating cardio and weights on my walking days: 15 minute walk + 15-20 minute total toning + 15 minute walk (2x week). on the other 2 days, I want to do your CTX tapes (cardio only). What do you think about that ?
