Combining BB series w/ Intensity

Is anyone doing this? If so, how? I didn't order PP/SS dvd, I ordered KPC/LG and SJP/SB dvds. For my upper body strength I was going to use PUB. I LOVE L&G and w/ the premixes on both series I could combine PUB and L&G and get a really nice full body strength workout if I wanted to or tack on one of the premixes from SB/SJP if I wanted a little cardio that day. Just curious if anyone is combining the two series.

I've been using Imax II as of late, combined with pemixes from PP, SS, and L&G. Another thing to think about is combining premix with premix - like doing C&W step only premix with the SJ&P hi/lo for a 45 min. cardio workout, or do SJ&P hi/lo and BC cardio only premix for a 30 min. hi/lo workout. I also have done Imax II (intervals 6-10) and then the standing work only from L&G. This one was a fryer! I posted a rotation combining both on the rotation's board. I believe I listed some PP and SS premixes, but you can use PLB/PUB or ME instead. Hey, I just thought of another combination; ME lower body split and then do Step Blast sections 1 and 2, and then the next day do ME upper body split combined with Step Blast section 3 and the challenge. You could also do L&G and C&W's heavy upper body premix for a total body workout. With all the chapters Cathe gives us, the options really are endless...
 
Thanks Jilly! You are the Premix Queen! I didn't think about ME or C&W. I have to admit, C&W I hardly use, I think I will try C&W's heavy upper body mix w/ L&G. You are right w/ all the premixes Cathe has provided us with the options are endless. Please post any new premixes you come up with.
