Everytime I get into a good workout routine, it seems like something happens. I was set to start a new rotation on Monday but last Thursday I started feeling an "itching" in my throat. The next morning, sinuses were draining (sorry) and throat was sore. Yesterday, was getting some of it out by coughing (sorry again), still draining, and throat very sore in AM. Today, it's dry coughing mostly, sore throat gone but if my nose doesn't stop running (once again, sorry) I'm going to cut it off.
My car is yellow from the pollen (Florida). I did floor work today from L&G and PLB and THAT got my hear rate up. I REALLY want to start the rotation tomorrow with a string cario because I haven't worked out since Thursday. What do you all think? I'm afaraid I'll lose that I've gained so far with such a break.
