Has anyone tried Coffey-Myers new Step Box or Amy Bento's new kickboxing workouts?? If so...how are they???

This should really be in the Open Forum section, but....

I have both and am very pleased. I'll post some links for you but first will state my impressions.

Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme has a learning curve. It's a lot of fun once you get the moves down, and figure out your own modifications (if you feel the need). I LOVE the music! Her form is not the greatest, but most of that stems from poor kickbox sequencing - that's why the comment on modifications. Here's the thread I promised:

Kelly's Step Boxing is very fast-paced. The moves are more basic so you will probably "get" most of it the first run-through. The cardio portion is about half as long as Amy's. Kelly's form is great and you can get an intense workout in a short time. Nice mix of kickboxing and step - better than any other workout that has tried to mix the two. It's followed by compound weight moves with cardio intervals (ski hops, which I substitute power skates for, because I loathe ski hops!). Here's the thread on that one:
