I think I've read that coffee may help with fat loss. I actually seem to have the opposite experience.
I was able to stop drinking coffee for about a year (this was about three years ago). When I started again, I noticed that my fat level seemed to increase.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? (I'm trying to get motivated to stop drinking it!)
