Coconut Oil - Weight loss question!!

Cathlete
Hi - I'm new to these posts and I'm so sorry I found them. I've been staying up to all hours of the night reading them....lol. I love all the information you girls share with one another.

I just read the posts from the beginning of August about the coconut supplementation before meals. Is anyone still doing it and are you having results? I'd love to know.

I did GS legs today and everytime I move my legs are reminding me.

Thanks, Nancy

Hi "Sleep-Deprived" Nancy! :7 WELCOME! Glad you found us! Why don't you pop over to the Open Discussion Forum and ask the same question. I think more will be able to help you in that forum including the ones who have tried it. Aren't you glad you don't have to walk to get there? Ha! GS Legs is a goodie. I personally haven't used the oil so I can't help you. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Thank you Debbie. I'll take your suggestion. I'm still trying to get through the "Ask Cathe" forum - it's taking me days (or should I say, weeks.)

My butt and inner thighs are killing me today. I can't decide which hurts more. I love it!

Hi Nancy. Welcome to the site. Yes, the forums are full of fun, supportive, and informative discussions. Debbie is right, "Open Discussion" is actually where most of the member mingling occurs so be sure to join in the action. I don't get a chance to visit OD often so if you need to ask me anything please be sure to ask your question here in the "Ask Cathe" forum. Btw, your legs sound like they are suffering from that "hurts so good" syndrome ;-) Keep up the great work Nancy!

Have a great night:)

Hi Cathe -

Thanks so much for the response. I feel honored that a celebrity (which you are to me) took the time. Thank you.

I began working out at a gym about four years ago and was in pretty good shape (I always have 5 lbs. I could lose). AND THEN I discovered your workouts (Power Hour was first). No one had ever challenged me in that way and I love that "hurt so good syndrome". I still have those 5lbs. but, oh boy, am I tight!!!!

You have a great night too and thanks again!!
