Good Morning Cathletes!!!! Let's make a difference this Saturday. Make up your mind, lace your sneaks, and go get sweaty (that is if you haven't already)!!!!

I started the day with an awesome step class!!! Now off to do weights, hit the sauna, fuel up on a carved turkey/egg white/spinach/tomato omelette and then come back here to see how your day is going...I wanna read all about it :)

I did Shock Cardio Step Moves for the first time today, couldn't get the steps down.

Hi Cathe,

I got up this morning and did a 5K race with my sister in Florida. It was HOT! Then we came home and did the Bicep/Tricep workout from 4DS. I hope to get in a swim later in the afternoon!

Great minds think alike, Miss Cathe! I too did a sweat-drenched step routine in which HSTA step blasts, LIC step blasts and Step Blast . . . well, step blasts were prominently featured, followed up with an ab mish-mosh of CTX-Kickbox planks (prone and supine) and Cardio / Weights floor abs, polished off by a full do-it-myself upper body dealy-do. Had to settle for a boiling-hot bath rather than a sauna, and am now tackling a cereal mish-mosh while DH does the housework. (Sigh . . . it sucks to be me.)

I woke up totally psyched about working out today! 4DS Bootcamp is on the menu for today!! Woohoo! I'm ready to sweat!

Ran a 5K w/ my 10 yr. old daughter! I've only been back a month since having surgery but she took off at the start and met me at the finish line! Awesome.

I took out Circuit Blast & Travel Fit need to pick one of them and pop in the DVD player when I get back from the food store:)

I just finished the Bootcamp Upper Body Circuit from 4DS-yowza! I'm a sweaty mess!:) Off to shower and get the family ready for a wedding shower tonight where there'll be lots of dancing!:)
 
Morning everyone!

I have PUB on tap this morning and just need a little BGR to pry my butt off this chair and get started;)
 
Did a 6 mile run this morning with my DH! Came home for a shower, then it was scrambled eggs with peanut butter toast with banana slices and an iced raspberry latte! Yummy!
 
I did Imax2 this morning which was a blast since I haven't done it for ages!!!! After that I devoured a huge bowl of oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries.

My husband and I took our two dogs for 1 1/2 mile walk. We are now heading out to golf 9 holes. Walking the course, it is a very hilly one.

Later this evening I plan on doing a Cathe circuit tape. The past year I've hardly used my circuit tapes. I was doing STS weights and cardio. Right now, I am really enjoying the circuits again!

What is the verdict on getting a dog for your family? I love my dogs and I wouldn't be without them, but they do take a lot of time, and I swear they double my house-cleaning.

After five consecutive days of "getting to know" my newly purchased Intensity series, I am taking today off -- I am beat! Yesterday was Boot Camp and it was humbling, to say the least!

Warrior Dash today :):eek: Hot, sweaty, muddy fun. A little more than 3 miles w/ 12 obstacles. Over, under, up, down, thru, mostly in the mud. I wasn't able to run the whole thing, but I wanted to. Oh, well! I finished, though.

I met ChefKate, and from my understanding Emily (Materialsgirl) was there this morning as well.

I am now home, showered, and air conditioned. Man, I had mud in places I didn't know existed. Fun stuff, hope it comes back next year!

I did MIS

Thanks Cathe, for your call to exercize. After some time away from excercizing (vacation and a cold), I did the first 52 minutes of MIS.

Thanks for sharing your workouts, breakfasts, and family outings with me. So fun to see what we all do on a given day. If you had an off day, have a great workout tomorrow. Btw Annie, we decided to hold off on the puppy for now, but thanks for asking. Give your doggies a big kiss from me :)

Looks like you had a lot of fun! I think the viking hat is you! :p I may hae to do one of those someday! When you post you were going to do this, I looked it up. There wasn't one coming close enough to us. Glad you enjoyed it!

13 mile "taper" run -- need to rest up for the Rock and Roll Seattle Marathon next Saturday. Yoga tonight. Bliss!
