<--is so glad that the August RTers had a great and fun time!
<--has had a rough week, but it is improving
<-- had to let little Gilda go Monday morning. Little girl was declining fast, and DH and <--had no choice but to put her at peace
While<--knows that we did the right thing, it doesn't stop <--'s heart from breaking or help Gilda's absence to be felt less.
<--is between jobs for a month, and, while it seemed like a good idea a few weeks ago, <--is not sure if being in the house so much with no work to occupy <--'s mind or time is a such a good idea.
<--is going out now to get some fresh tomatoes from a local farmer with DH, then lunch to celebrate a dear friend's birthday.
And, speaking of dear friends, <--tells Patti that she has helped A LOT and hopes that she realizes that. (Never underestimate the innovative use of the f-word to bring a smile to even the saddest of people!)
<--Tells everyone that the last thing she wants to do is cause gloom, so <--leaves with a smile, and the wish to everyone for a very happy Friday-eve and assures them that time and good friends, do indeed heal all wounds.
