Have been a fan of yours for many years ..have just about everyone of your CD's.
I just got diagnosed with a cleavage tear of the lateral meniscus...Yikes I am an instructor 54 years young very active...Did you have a knee injury last year or the year before....how long was your recovery period...how is the mobility now? I am so bummed out the pain is horrible and I have a Baker's cyst to boot. Have ortho appt in 2 days...thanks for any info you might share!
