Cleansing Tea - any suggestions?

I've been on some medication for the last few days and would to do a cleanse when I'm done with the course.

I thought I read here about some gentle teas that can help but couldnt find any information.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a gentle cleansing tea or what ingredients I should be looking for in a tea?

Hi -
I did a cleanse with a colon cleanse peppermint tea that I bought in GNC. It definitely worked, but there was nothing gentle about it; you def need to be close to a bathroom! Lost 5 pounds in a week though.

Dandelion tea is cleansing. Yogi brand tea has a "Detox tea" with a variety of herbs in it. These are both gentle and shouldn't upset your stomach or cause you to be near a bathroom!
