Becky - Yesterday was not good for me either. I caved and ate a kiddie size ice cream while we were out because the heat was getting to me.
Kate - P's party is on Halloween day. How fun and cute about the cake! Can you believe our babies are turning one already?? Another one in the works for you guys?
Nina - I also workout on carpet/rug. I would use a yoga mat like Angie suggested. How do you like Insanity so far?
Robin - Wow, Xmas stuff already? So much to do so little time, ack!
Angie - I'm excited to see what your results will be in a week. Interesting about the cardio abs. I wondered about that.

So I did my Insanity workout this am before it got way too hot. I didn't do my Cardio Recovery that I skipped, but just went on to the next one, Cardio Power Resistance. I think I like that one the best so far, but they all kind of seem similar to me. Pure Cardio goes by really fast for me so I like that one also even though it's a killer workout. Need to do some ub weights later. Eats are clean so far. Oatmeal and banana for bfast. WW pasta with lean ground beef spaghetti sauce for lunch. I got fruit for snacks in between. Dinner is a whole chicken in the crock pot with veggies. Working from home, but might go out later when it gets hot to find some free a/c, lol.
