Cleaning Eating Thurs 10-20

1 T PB
2 T SF strawberry/fig preserves

Almond joy protein smoothie (thanks Becky)

Ln-
Banana sandwich with light mayo
1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
1/2 Lg apple

Sn-
1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
1/2 Lg apple

Dn-
Teriyaki marinated grilled tuna
Sweet potato
Lg salad with raspberry vinagrette
 
Can I come over and eat dinner with you Jane?? MMMMMMMMMMMM that sounds yummy!:9

I shouldn't even be posting this early for clean eating because I have NO idea what I am having today! But I have noticed that if I post, I think before I eat much more than if I hadn't!
Yesterday the only *junk* I ate was in the evening I had some baked chips and hummus. I really do want to get out of the habit of snacking at night , but if I were going to, I guess that wasn't the worst thing I could have eaten.

This morning I think I will workout first, then have some oatmeal but that is always subject to change so I'll post again later.

Jane, I hope you like the smoothie. I liked it alot but liked your sweet potato smoothie better!!:D
 
Sure Becky.. come on over, I wish you lived that close!! Baked chips and hummus doesn't sound bad at all. You're right, there are a lot of worse things you could be eating.
 
Good morning everybody! :)

Well I blew my clean eating yesterday. I had a cookie at work, which is so hard to resist, they are just good, but they make me sick on my stomach, so why do I still eat them? x( And when of course I had cookies at home together with DH. x( x(

But today is another day and I am back on track! }(

Breakfast - Tri-O-Plex Protein Bar

Snack - Yoghurt with banana and a little bit of peanut butter

Lunch - Hamburger without bun and a salad

Snack - Apple with peanut butter

Dinner - probably leftover beef stew

Im like Becky...not sure what I am having today either:-(

O/T...kid next door is throwing another tantru.I can hear him threw the walls!!!x( x( x( x( I don't know how the mother tolerates him!

Anyway....now that I got that off of my chest.

B- Vanilla & Almonds Speacial K/flaxseed/skim milk
L- Eggs whites/flax seed toast/yogurt
S- Protein shake or bar
D- Pork Chops, rice and veggies.

This of course could be changed, besides for the breakfast b/c its already being digested!:) Im also on my 3rd coffee.I really felt like I needed it todat, not sure why.

About the same as yesterday...I'm kind of boring boring during the week!!

*Upon Rising-OJ and sparkling water

*Pre-workout-1/2 bagel w/ soy cream cheese

*Post-workout-1/2 fiber shake (orange), 1/2 protein shake (vanilla)...I know, not "clean", but vegan and no sugar (real or fake!)

*Lunch-leftover veggie stirfry from last night with a veggie burger crumbled in

Afternoon snack-other 1/2 of bagel with hummus and sweet red peppers on top...carrots on the side??

Oh, this is kind of a cheat dinner-Homemade calzones with wholewheat dough, stuffed with soy cheese, turkey pepporoni, sweet yellow peppers, basil, tomatoes and green onions...Made homemade spagetti sauce yesterday afternoon for dipping...Spinich salad with the rest of tomatoes on the side...

Been doing pretty good this week!

1. 1 cup bran cereal with soy milk and banana, a few almonds
2. Pear with 1/2 English muffin with natural pb
3. Rice with tons of veggies and a bit of feta cheese, lf yogurt
4. Apple with other half of English muffin and pb
5. Kidney beans and lentils with veggies and ff salsa

I have already blown it a little bit. I am hooked on the good in plenty candy. I cannot stop eating them. They are here at work and yummy. Can I blame it on TOM???
