+++++++ Clean & Tidy Weekend +++++++++

Hi Everyone,

Back from the christening and I did not eat well. They had Tomato Pie, Pizza, soft pretzels, hoagies, cake, cookies and brownies. I did blow if for the cake because it was made at a local bakery and it was so good. Needless to say I am not hungry now, but I might have some kashi and banana before going to bed. I start my Fitness Freak Get Ready for Summer rotation tomorrow and I don't want to be starving.

Steph, I love that you cancelled his insurance. I would have done the same thing.
Kate, good job of not eating a bad dessert. Hope you can get some rest tomorrow.
Katie, glad you had fun yesterday. Hope you recover before work tomorrow.
Jenn, how was StrikeZone?

I am planning to add StrikeZone to my upper body work tomorrow so I will let you know how I like it tomorrow. Right now I am going to preview it.

Kate, a keg stand is where you do basically a push up on top of the keg, and two people lift your legs so that you are vertical in the air, and then someone puts the keg spout in your mouth and you drink as much as you can. It's pretty barbaric, stupid college kid stuff. It was a SIGHT in my dress. There is a picture (maybe even a video, ekkk!) somewhere!

Colleen, I am interested in that rotation that you are starting. I may check it out. We will do better with our eating next week!
 
Colleen, Katie, and all others, I *so* need to refocus too. I haven't ate *horribly* the last couple days but it sure hasn't been stellar. Also, I've just been doing whatever workouts I've wanted to. I really want to make a rotation for myself. We'll see..DH says I'm too hard on myself. But I really don't want to have to lose 30+lbs after this baby is born!

Colleen, I hope the party was at least fun. Hope you like SZ.

Katie, Oh my! Can't say I've ever done anything like that! Sounds like everyone had fun though!

I just did CS Full Body Workout and I feel thoroughly stretched. Right before I did CS though I had a really wierd ab muscle pain in the lower left side. I am really getting mad about this.

I just ordered High Step Challenge -- YAY, I'm so excited!! I am really looking forward to my endurance rotation, taking it a little easier for awhile.

Here is what I am planning

M UB circuit, abs
T LB circuit
W UB, abs
T quasi-rest (walking / stretching)
F cardio
S long-ish circuit workout, abs

This includes lots of cardio, UB three times per week, LB twice per week, and of course step and walking are great for the LB.

I am really looking forward to my Saturday morning loooooooong circuit workouts -- HSC, BM2, DM, SJ&P, etc. I'm also looking forward to experimenting with lots of premixes that I have never used on some of my DVDs.

Ooh Katie! HSC is my fave of all the high step ones! The music is great and the time flies! Your rotation looks great!
