I got more sleep, and I feel much more rested. I am going to continue to tweak a few things in my life and see how this little problem progresses. I HATE feeling exhausted all the time -- it makes me feel weak.

I got so much work done yesterday, it was awesome!! Hoping to have another very productive day today. This afternoon I have to go to the police department for a training on domestic violence in our community.

Workout to today is -- Butts & Guts!! I really really dread this workout, but I am actually looking forward to it today. I will do the Katie Premix -- only the sections I want to do!!;) I really really do not want to be so sore I can't move for several days, so I am going to take it easy. I really did not want to do PLB today!!

Menu:

b cereal
s banana, string cheese
l chicken and veggies
s larabar
d ravioli, steamed g. beans

Wow Katie only a month to go for your wedding. You must be excited.
B&G I like the standing toning section.

I did not sleep very well last night, so today I feel like having an extra cup of coffee. My w/o later on maybe ctx back & abs but I may just do some pilates on my bed and sleepmax.

b-egg whites
s-kashi bar and 1/2 apple
l-chicken and brocoli salsa
s-nuts or smoothie
d-??
 
B&G went well -- I do static lunges instead of walking lunges, I skip low pulse lunges, and modify the one legged squats. I did the inner and outer thigh lifts from the floor work, then sit 'n' stands, then the abs sections -- I really love the ab work on this one. I am going to make a point to get some short walks in today to loosen things up.

Why does my stupid ticker say one month? Then in parentheses it says 60 days?? Isn't that about two months? Whatever -- maybe I need to shop for a new ticker!!

Katie, i love B&G's, its funny, i hate the floor work, not the standing work. You did great, and yes, 60 days is 2 months????

Robin, sorry you didnt sleep well, that's the worst. Did you get snow in NY yesterday?

Today, i've postponed my training session until next Wednesday, so i'm going to do cardio and some lower body, probably CS lower though, not B&G!!

Our date night last night was so nice. We really need to do it more.
No school this AM for Gina. She's in the K'garten play this PM and no AM school because of it. I might take them out to breakfast. Right now they are playing in their room - I can hear them over the monitor - not sure when I'll be able to give up the monitor - I love to listen to them play.

Not sure on menu, no workout. I feel like a broken record reporting that everyday. I'm feeling better and better, meals are getting tidier and tidier. A few more weeks to go!

Steph, Last night I had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato only. And a side of corn. I'm getting back to my regular meals, slowly but surely. I *really* wanted the cheeseburger but I resisted. I was quite proud of myself. Good-lookin' menu for you!

My day has been pretty good. Gina's play this afternoon was so good. I got all teary and felt like a goofy mom at the end when all the kids were singing. I had to pull myself together QUICK - I didn't want anyone to see me!!! LOL!
 
Hello ladies. My day has been good but not clean x( Breakfast, snack, and lunch were clean as planned. Then I had a few bites of chocolate cake. Then I went to this task force meeting and they passed around peanut m&ms so I had some of those. Now I am cooking a frozen pizza. So I did about 50% good, 50% crappy.

The good news is I got some good fruits and veggies before my eating fell apart, and I have drank LOTS of water. I also took two short walks -- one on lunch and one when I got home from work. I will kick up my cardio session a bit tomorrow am to compensate.

My mom is coming tomorrow for a visit and I KNOW she is bringing my favorite cake (a belated cake for Chris). It is just impossible for me to not eat it when it is around. SUCKS!

Hope everyone had a better day than me!!
 
If its any consolation Katie, I blew it at dinner. I had a salad and a baked potato w/ salsa (no butter!). BUT I also had a piece of battered fish. It was so good and I haven't had it in at least 5 years. I'm sorry now though. I know what you mean about impossible-to-say-no-to desserts. Hope you and Mama have a good time.
 
Hi Everyone!

I agree with Katie - this week is flying by. I woke up last night and I was unbelievably warm. I told DH to open a window because I couldn't cool off. Then an hour later I was cold. I checked my temp in the morning and it was 99. I feel really congested but other than that I am okay. I hope I am not coming down with something.

Katie, I am a sucker for desserts and mothers are the worse at pushing desserts. Hopefully you can just have a tiny piece of cake tomorrow.
Kate, glad you enjoyed the play. Sorry about dinner - but I am glad you are feeling better.
Steph, are you over your bronchitis yet?
Robin, have you gotten a shipping notice from Amy yet? I have not received one yet and I think I ordered the first day. I looked at the other CIA workouts but I think I am going to wait for some reviews before ordering.
