Its so windy, and rainy here today, Christmas trees were blowing down the streets! My dog looked at me like i was nuts!
Katie, good question! Thank you, i dont mean to make you the question person, but you're so good at it! My fav cardio workout, i really like all the 4D, maybe because they're new, but LIS and HIS rock my world! I just got the pyramids yesterday, i think i'm going to love them, but my fav weight workout is the total body premix of 4D, its very thorough and you feel worked for sure. I love the IMAX's too, and BM the music..now i'm cheating!

Robin, good on upping the weights! Its such a good feeling. Are you liking the gymstyles a lot? Any improvments?
Shirl, I like Bar for the dance quality. I also think the stretching is deep, which just makes me feel longer and leaner. My trainer is insane looking from Germany. I've hired him to kick my ass once a week, and look at my form, since i've had the injury, i want to make sure i'm not re injuring myself all the time. and its a nice change.
Kate, the prices range from $80-150/hour for a trainer. Because he's a friend of a friend, he's charging me 80 bucks/hour. And i get to go to his studio without membership, so access to different types of equipment etc.
I have to run to the chiro, i cant move my neck this morning. Maybe went at the weights a little hard last night considering this stupid shoulder!
