Katie, i hear you about the sabatoge, i do so well during the week, then on the weekend i go crazy. Clearly i'm too strict during the week, but habits are so hard to change.

Robin, panini sounds great! I bring my own food everywhere, and its so much cheaper.

Today, i have the chiropractor, so i'm going to attempt the new kickbox and legs tonight, add some abs in there. I push it on the days i see him, i find my back looser. I did MIS last night!! Quite proud, especially after such a serious back injury.
Menu:
B: oatmeal, pro powder, hemp pro, almond milk
s: Quark, yummy! My new thing
L: soup, raw veggies and hummus, apple
s: almond butter and wasa bread
d: egg white with garlic and chives, ezekial bread, big salad, hemp dressing, strawberries and yogurt
s: usually kamut puffs and almond milk.
