:::: clean & tidy tuesday ::::

I'm late late late this morning. WO was supposed to be GS chest and tris, only had enough time for chest, will hit tris after work.

View yesterday's thread, http://www.thecathenation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=251299, for pics of my bathroom so far.

Looks like my weekend at the races is gonna get screwed by hurricane Hanna. I feel bad saying that because people could loose their homes or even lives, I need to just keep that in mind. But I must admit, I'm in a bad mood about it!

Menu:

b cereal
s fruit, Kashi bar
l sandwich
s fruit, almonds
d baked chicken, broc, corn

Good morning clean and tidy peeps

Sorry i didnt post Sunday or Monday, i was a bit sad, and when i'm that way, i do projects! Friday i painted the bedroom, got the dog groomed, worked out and walked 4 hours! Yesterday, same thing! Did all the trim, staircase, hallway! Good grief. I think the dog is glad i'm back to work today so he can rest :)

Katie, the bathroom looks awesome! I wish i had a camera to take pics of mine for you, maybe i should go pick up a digital camera, they dont cost too much now. Sorry about the races, its still disappointing, lets hope they still happen though. Menu looks amazing though.

Good Morning Everyone!

I can't believe the weekend is over. I got caught up on some things but did not get everything done I wanted to. Since Cathe did not post a Sept. rotation I am doing Fitness Freaks Sept. 08 Legs Rotation. It is lighter weights which will hopefully blast some fat before my vacation in October.

Steph, glad you can turn your sadness into something positive.
Katie, sorry Hanna might ruin your weekend away. I guess you can enjoy your new bathroom instead.
Robin, Jenn, Kate & Angie, how's the first day of school?

w/o was MM
b: oatmeal w/ almonds
s: 1/2 Clif Bar
l: tofu w/ quinoa, grapes
s: strawberries & yogurt
d: london broil, asparagus, rice

Have a great day!

Hi all,

Woke up late so no workout this morning. I had to take my sis to the drs., her stitches from her c-section got infected. Then this afternoon I am going to chuck e. cheese. Very unclean day.

Katie sorry about hanna. Damn hurricane season.
Colleen I think I am also going to do fitness freaks rotation starting next week. This week I am finishing up the august rotation.
Steph hope your feeling happy today. (((HUGS)))

First day of school tomorrow.

Good morning ladies,

Finally got a WO in this morning. Wanted to do Cathe but felt like I needed to build up to it after 3 weeks off. So, I did TJ CP1. It was good and I think a good start.

Would someone be interested in creating a rotation for me for this month? If you want to, I would love you. Here's what I have (a lot of them are Fit TV recorded but they'll have to do for now):

4 Day Split
Boot Camp
Body Max 2
Cardio & Weights
Core Max 1
Core Max 2
Core Max 3
Drill Max
Imax 2
Kick/Punch/Crunch
Legs & Glutes
LoMax
Low Impact Circuit
Muscle Endurance
Power Hour
Rhythmic Step
Step Blast
Step/Jump/Pump
Stretch Max 1
Stretch Max 2
Stretch Max 3
Super Sets
Turbo Jam CP 1
Turbo Jam CP 3
Turbo Jam Ab Jam
Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt/Abs

My goals are to do light weights/high reps and lean out and tone up. (I have a lot of the gym styles/Pyramid WOs recorded too but didn't include those). I like the TJs for occasional breaks from hard core Cathe. Keep in mind that 60-70 min is my max for weekdays. Anyway, thanks so much in advance!

Okay, not sure what my menu will look like today but I PROMISE it will be clean. I'll report as I go.

Katie, so sorry about Hanna ruining your fun. I would be upset too. I don't deal with disappointment very well.

Steph, sorry you had a sad weekend. I can understand not being too chatty. Sounds like you got a lot done though! I'm sure it was somewhat therapeutic!

Colleen, your rotation sounds good for Sep. I think that if I start making rotations for myself, I will find that I have better results.

Jenn, total bummer about your sister's stitches. I can't imagine something like that. Have a good day off and enjoy yourself!

Hey Emily, Robin, Kate, and Shirl!

Gotta go!
Happy Tuesday!

Katie, I hope the weekend work out for you - and everyone! The bathroom looks fantastic! Closer and closer....

Steph, PaintMax! Wish we could see!

Colleen, Hope work isn't too crazy today.

Angie, Shirl made up a rot. for me rightbefore I got pg. Maybe she'd be able to help....

Jenn, CEC - good luck!! There is ZERO clean there! Hope your sis heals up.

Got Gina on thebus for 1st grade this AM. She bawled all morning (and last night too). She's been so excited but I think the reality of it all set in. I felt so bad for her. I can't wait for her to come home.

b - shredded wheat, grapes
l - plain turkey sandwich, tricuits, apple slices, a few carrot sticks
s - small cc cookie (oops!)
d - not sure yet

I've decided my stepping days are over for this pg. My ligaments kill me and I have to modify so much that I end up doing the same move over and over and it's not much fun anyway. Bummer.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Hello Shirl, Emily, Tracy

Got a short nap (30 min. or so) and a 4-mile LS workout.

Isabel should be up soon then its playtime!

Gina's home and LOVED 1st grade!!! Victory!!!!!!!!!!!
Time for pizza and frosted brownies!

YAY for Gina!! So glad she loved school.

I am EXHAUSTED -- so is Collin (read: cranky!!). I will have to attempt triceps when he goes to the shower. Wish me luck!!

Jenn, I haven't been to CEC in years. I don't remember anything healthy on the menu.
Angie, Shirl did create a good rotation for Kate. Hopefully she can create one for you.
Kate, I am glad Gina loved the first day of school.
Katie, hope you get triceps in tonight. If not, there is always tomorrow.

I am pretty tired now, but I just think I need dinner to energize me. We salt our london broil before we grill it (it's supposed to mimic dry aging the meat). You are supposed to leave it an hour but we usually only wait 30 to 45 minutes before rinsing off the salt and grilling it.

Katie, Hope Collin got showered and to bed and you got your tris in! Sleep tight!

Colleen, We do that to our meat too before we grill - makes it so moist and tasty!

My pizza was clean. I nibbles the brownies. About to start payroll stuff.....the brownies may call me after I get done. Vibes, PLEASE, ladies!
