Good Morning Ladies. Yes today will be a good day...unless the patients get on my nerves LOL. It's going to be busy today at work but I can handle it with an extra cup of coffee.

Congratulations Katie. It's going to be a beautiful wedding in the beach.

Hello Clean and tidy ladies!!

Katie, congrats on the upcoming wedding, you must be so excited! I havent worked out in over a week now as well, but not cause i dont want to!!

Well, i've recovered slightly from thanksgiving! Oohh, i was bad! I guess not that bad, dinner was a chickpea stew, and roasted veggies. It was the over eating/layering i should say of pie!

Yesterday, my sciatica/back pain seemed slightly better, so i thought i could try a light ballet, pilates type workout. I may have overdid it, today i have the pain back again :(

Clean eating today, i'm getting my haircut this afternoon, so i'm leaving work a bit early!

Good afternoon, Cleaners!

Katie - Thanks for getting us started! I love C&T - been thinking of starting a S&H again - but I'm so excited for the new series to come!!!

Shirl - I used to hate leg w/o's but now I pretty much lover them...excpet for lunges. I Don't think I'll ever like those.

Robin - Ah, Halloween! I buy 1 bag of candy corn which is in the frezer right now. Thankfully, I don;t like much of the candy DDs get trick-or-treating. I send a bunch of it w/ DH to work. 15 hungry plumbers gobble it right up!

Steph - So sorry about the back pain - it must be incredibly frustrating. Don;t you love when you get a haircut? It's always so silky and nice. I wish I could get them to wash my hair everyday.

Today IS good:

b - kashi! and a banana
s - WARNING! NOT CLEAN! Friendship bread (1 slice - no guilt)
l - tortilla aoup, grapes, fiber crackers
s - ??apple (v. full from lunch)

Last night I went to water aerobics. It's not Cathe for sure, but nice for a change of pace.

I'm back to update on my day...

Day started off really well -- coffee, workout, cereal. Once at work, more coffee, second breakfast (half sandwich with cheese and bacon). Then it started to fall apart...

I went home for lunch, and got sidetracked with wedding planning. Good news -- I reserved a beach home for our wedding! Bad news -- I ate a small bowl of leftover mac & cheese for lunch.

THEN, an hour after returning to work from my lunch hour, my daycare calls -- Collin has a fever of 102. So I leave, go get him from preschool, and go home to snuggle a toddler all afternoon (getting hungry, but no time for snack).

I recovered well with dinner -- grilled chicken, *small* portion of mashed potatoes, and green beans. DF was having pumpkin pie and I did NOT partake -- except for one spoonful of cool whip!:9

Steph- You don't even want to know about friendship bread. Basically, you make enemies with it. You receive a "starter" bag and over the course of 10 days add ingredients to it. On Day 10 you portion it out (in Ziplocks)to give to your friends (i.e. people you want to make fat). You make a loaf w/ your remaining batter and (lucky, lucky!) can keep a bag for yourself to do it all over again in another 10 days. So fattening, so good. Flour, sugar, oil, vanilla pudding mix, ...you get the picture!

Katie - Sorry about your son! That stinks when the little ones are down. A beach house wedding - very cool. ^5 on no pumpkin pie.

I did power hour just now. Ooh, so good! I won;t even eat DH's choc. ice cream tonight...or his brownie...maybe! See you in the morning!
