Yesterday went well! :) I decided to do Cathe's April 2007 rotation this month. Has anyone tried that one? Well, I better go do Step Blast. Have a great day everyone!

l - tuna and spinach salad

d - chicken breast, quinoa and broccoli

I usually add more food if I'm hungry.

Well, its day 5 no workouts!! i'm starting to go bonkers!! I did weigh myself this morning, and its the same, i guess that makes me feel a bit better.
I'm getting the Bowen procedure this afternoon, so we shall see the outcome!

Today, i'm starving! Why am i more hungry when i'm not working out :)

Good afternoon everyone. Wild and Crazy Day today at work. I had to yell at my supervisor (stupid-visor) because he ignored my calls all morning. So when he finally called me around 12 he had the nerve to ask me why the lab is closed. Let just say...I lost my religion today.

Anyway my menu

d-??? I need an ice cream Sunday

Thank God I worked out today because I would have hit my stupid-visor. I power walked for an hour.

Hello ladies! Sorry I was MIA this weekend -- went to NC to visit my Dad.

Today was pretty tidy, not clean, but I did ok:

B: whole grain waffle with strawberry jam
S: half sandwich
L: ham and swiss on a croissant, pineapple
S: ww crackers (not that hungry)
D: chicken tortilla soup, corn bread

w/O: Barry's Boot Camp Legs and Butt -- I liked it!!

Tomorrow is going to be awful, I just know it! I have to go out of town for work to the State Fair -- AGGGHHHH!
 
Hi Everyone!

Robin - sorry about your stupid-visor issue. My DH has a favorite phrase - "I hate people". I know he is only kidding but he uses that when people are just stupid and irritating.
Steph - thanks for continuing to post despite your injury. I know how hard it is not to work out. I get frustrated when I have to take time off when I get sick.
Katie - I am sorry about the State Fair. Hopefully you can avoid all the temptation.
Shirl - I did the April rotation and was able to lose some body fat.

I just made my first recipe from Tosca's new book. It is a chicken waldorf salad and I am going to have it for lunch tomorrow. I will let you know how it is.
