Back to work for me today, which is a good thing. Its air conditioned here and its a hot one again.

Since i'm gearing up for the roadtrip, i keep thinking i'm going to take a rest day, but its just not going to happen!
Workout tonight: MIS, GS add on's, and Barr method

B: the usual...oatmeal, hemp pro, almond milk, berries
S: CC and a pear
I was reading yesterdays posts, to catch up. I agree in clean being whole foods, but its pretty hard to be perfect. I treat myself to coffee with Splenda a few times per week, i try to avoid sugar, cause it makes me nuts, but also really watch my sweetener intake. I think clean eating/whole foods is also trial and error, i think bodies react differently to different foods. I'm lucky too cause i'm allergic to chocolate...i'm going to go cry now
I'm a strict vegetarian, but was raised that way, so i dont think animal protein isnt clean, its just not for me!
