Good morning!!

What is the plan for today (eating, workouts, life)?

Looking ahead to the weekend, what's on tap?
 
Eating was totally clean and tidy yesterday -- YAY!

I am committed to doing just as well today!!

Workout will be BM2, Menu will be...

B cereal
S banana, almonds
L chicken and veggies
S salsa and chips
D grilled chicken, baked sweet potato, green beans

I sure hope my work day is calmer today than it was yesterday -- ugghhhh! I have a lot of stuff that I need to get done, and then file review tomorrow (which is relaxing and stressful all at the same time). I am just really ready to get the weekend going!! It is going to be so exciting to finally move! Most of the moving will be done tomorrow night after work I believe, then Saturday we will get the last few things.

Morning

Today's w/o Amy Hi-lo KO premix 2. The KB was fun and easy to learn but the one combo that was in this premix was confusing. I'm going to work on this hi/lo combo sections every week starting next month.

Question
If I was to do a circuit rotation next month, like HST or Drill Max, how many times should I do a circuit w/o per week?

Robin, Cathe had made up Circuit City rotation - I think it was from Sept. 07 - you should be able to see in there how many circuits per week. I know Shirl and maybe Colleen really liked it.

Busy day for us. Office in the AM, home for lunch and a playdate, back to office for payroll, out to dinner, home to SLEEP!!!

I *want* to WO tonight and do 4DS legs, shoulders, and calves. We'll see how my energy is.

No plans for the weekend other than the CIRCUS tomorrow night! DDs are so excited.

Looks like everyone kicked butt yesterday!

Kate, i'm soooo drooling over your apple bread. Apples and cinnamon must be my favorite pairing of all time!! I love pumpkin too, with nutmeg, now dont make pumpkin bread or i might freak out!! You have a busy day ahead, im glad you're able to eat cereal again too :)

Katie, great menu,and you must be feeling better, BM2 is a killer! Are you working tomorrow or are you off for the big weekend?

Robin, Cathe does have a rotation posted. I think its 3 or 4 circuits per week. I think circuits are a total efficient workout, you might have a great idea here with a circuit rotation!! I found grapenuts at my supermarket too!

I have so many home reno projects to do this summer! Has anyone refinished furniture before? I inherited a great dining table from my MIL, needs to be totally done, and stained?

Steph, Prep to drool some more... it has nutmeg and allspice with the cinnamon. Apple sauce and lemon zest too in the batter- sooo good. No idea how to refinish furniture - good luck! Sounds like fun though!
 
Oh great Kate!! as i sit here and eat my crappy cottage cheese and protein powder, lol!
maybe if i close my eyes and click my heels, it will turn into apple crisp??

Steph, I am working tomorrow but most of the moving, etc, is happening after work. I will work out in the morning, but NOT on Saturday! As for refinishing furniture, Chris may know, I can ask. He buys most of our furniture unfinished and stains it, etc.

Kate, the bread sounds DELISH! Can you post the recipe??

Robin, I am enjoying circuits more these days than ever before. I may try that in June after all of the wedding madness, we will see.
 
LOL, sure, why not??

Just finished my lunch, and now I am having two GS peanut butter sandwich cookies. I just took my multi-vitamin (forgot this morning), and wanted something on top of it. Sorry...x(

It's a sunny but chilly day here today. The sunshine makes me happy though! :)
Workout was yoga quickie premix and I teach class this evening. Eating has been good - tidy but not uber clean.

Katie, you seem so excited. It sounds like you have a busy weekend. I have a quiet weekend planned and am looking forward to it.

Kate, Yummy, yummy, yummy! I love apple, cinnamon anything and everything!

Robin, the circuit city rotation is a good one.

Steph, What brand of protein powder do you use? I don't know anything about refinishing furniture. It sounds like a big, but rewarding project.

Hey gals - real quick - lots to do tongiht.
Dinner was at an Italian place. Bruschetta was involved..not clean. but yummy!

off to WO then back to the office!! grrrrr

Shirl, i use the greens plus, i think its called optimum nutrition now. Its Whey, no sweeteners etc. I also like Sisu, people seem to love BSN lean protein, but i'm going for the more natural varieties!

Kate, you're killing me today! I love bruchetta and apple cinnamon anything!!!
