Katie, 2 bites!!! When I get birthday cake I pig out. Last year my sister and I had 2 pieces of my birthday cake. It was good!

Robin, I did not like the Slow & Heavy series when I bought so I returned it. To use weights heavy enough to be effective on my upper body it hurt my wrists. I tried multiple times (after resting my wrists) and still no luck. Maybe it will be better for you

Also, starting next week I am going to try to cut back on my sodas. I am going to try iced tea instead.
