Kate, I understand about the friction, turns and pivots with a carpet. I know there are some people who advocate working out barefoot. I remember reading an article about a man who runs barefoot. I probably read that article on the OD forum. Have a GREAT date night! YEAH for you and DH!
Robin, It's TTOM for me too. It's a bummer how hormones can get us so down. Thank God we exercise; it helps. Who's birthday party? I think Cathe is part bionic.
