Thank goodness it's Friday, ladies!

Make plans NOW for what you are going to be eating today and all weekend. If you plan in advance, you are less likely to slip up!
 
Friday's all always kind of busy and stressful for me at work, but whatever -- if I can make it thru that 7 1/2 hour day, I'm GOLDEN!

Today is as follows:

Workout is Gym Styles BSB

B cereal
S half sandwich
L tuna, crackers, string cheese
S banana, apple slices
D CAUTION, my mom is coming, ravioli (portion controlled amt) and green beans

For some reason, I didn't leave myself many options for lunch this week other than tuna and crackers -- good thing I like it!

Food tomorrow will be a lot of fruit, maybe a protein shake with fruit even, cereal, the usual stuff. DF and I will probably get mexican Saturday night. Tomorrow I will do kickbox c&w, Sunday is a rest day.

Morning Friday peeps. Thanks girls I'm feeling a little better today I guess ITTOM :-( but I have a b-day party to go to tomorrow.

I slept too long and did not have time for a workout. Maybe later on I'll do the legs portion of the 4-day split.

Katie I did not know you had bad knees....both knees? I often wonder how Cathe does all of the high impact, when she has had knee surgery.

Thanks for the encouragement Katie! I am definitely going to do well this weekend. I'd like to see a change on the scale. Sounds like you have a fun and busy weekend ahead of you. Refinishing furniture is hard work.

Kate, I understand about the friction, turns and pivots with a carpet. I know there are some people who advocate working out barefoot. I remember reading an article about a man who runs barefoot. I probably read that article on the OD forum. Have a GREAT date night! YEAH for you and DH!

Robin, It's TTOM for me too. It's a bummer how hormones can get us so down. Thank God we exercise; it helps. Who's birthday party? I think Cathe is part bionic.;)

I'm going to attempt LIS shortly. I slept in this morning, no work for me today.

You know when you you are trying to diet your co-workers are not supportive. My co-worker who is a Christian that does not celebrate Holloween...has choc. mini candy bars on her desk in the office were we work.x(


then I go to get a cup of coffee in the nurses lounge and a doctor brought in French vanilla cheese cake.x( x(

Maybe I should do some yoga today LOL
 
Hello Robin & Shirl - Good menus & motivation today!

I just did Kickbox cardio! I very rarely get to workout in the middle of the day. It's such a treat.

Glad you're doing better Robin. This is so gross but so funny: my mom and her friend call their TOTM "riding the cotton pony!" Grosses me out so much, but cracks me up every time i say it!

Robin, Yikes! I'd definitley have a hard time with that. But you CAN resist the temptation.

I did LIS and decided to tack on HIS. I did the core & stretch from LIS - fun workout! The reverse bicycle move reminded me of ARX (P90X). I think I might do another P90X rotation to start off the new year. My neck is still a little stiff but my arm and fingers are no longer numb and tingly. Hopefully I'll be able to resume weight work on Monday.

Good evening, ladies! I am done eating for the day, so I wanted to check in with how I did today.

Food was as planned for breakfast and snack, then my emotions took over. My son's father really pissed me off (he's really behind in child support), so I spent my lunch hour yelling and crying, so I didn't eat. No lunch, a few crackers for snack, and ravioli and green beans for dinner.

Robin, I don't really have bad knees, but they do ache a little when I do a lot of high impact/high intensity stuff.

Kate, have a great night with DH!

I am so happy we're weighing in after the weekend. Well, I'm trying to convince myself I am. We have some pb m&m's, but I will not eat them! I ate enough yummies earlier this week. I hope everyone is having a fun Friday night.

Katie, I'm sorry you had such an emotional day. I hope your weekend is better.
