Hi Peeps...Well I'm up early. Today menu:
b- oatmeal
s-yogurt
l-leftover pasta and tuna
s-apple
d- baked ziti with low fat cheese, cucumber salad
s- diet soda

w/o MM upper body only and core and stretch max. I hurt my hamstring, doing kickboxing with Kim Spreen. I guess she is best with the upper body w/o (Absolute Kickboxing).Yesterday I was sitting on a heating pad.The heat helped but as soon as I turned off the pad the pain came back.
 
I have a new recipe:
Bruschetta-Style Thin Spaghetti


Directions:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Thin Spaghetti
1 jar Pasta Sauce (your favorite flavor)
3 cups chopped assorted roasted vegetables*
2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Stir together pasta sauce, vegetables and parsley; simmer 2-3 minutes.
3. Toss spaghetti with sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with (Low fat)cheese, if desired.

Total Cooking Time: 10 minutes (perfect for me LOL)

Good Morning!
I missed everything yesterday, workout included, due to my stomach. I did eat my fair share of yogurt and bread and I had to start prevacid again, which I hate, but its that or surgery so Prevacid it is!

Today we are going to SeaWorld, so I will try and do Imax when we get back.

B-bread and yogurt
L-bread and yogurt
D-bread and yogurt
and water.

Maybe I should call this my Hernia Diet? The worst part is I won't be able to do any heavy lifting for a while, which sucks because I just got into my 65 lb barbell for sqats. Why is it my legs can take it and not my stomach???

Robin, I am going to make your recipe for dinner! YUM, my family will love it, wish I could try it.

Robin - thanks for the recipe and the website. It's too hot to roast veggies but maybe I will make it with leftover grilled veggies.

Trixie, even though my kids are going back to school and need school supplies, uniforms, etc. how is Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Xtreme? Not that I can afford it now. LOL

Hello Clean and tidy peeps!!!

Missed you all, the roadtrip was AMAZING!!! Everything i wanted it to be and more, i cant say enough, really.
Beavs, hey!! Awesome to meet you as well, its weird to be home.
I have no idea how to post pics, i will load some of my favorites when i figure it out.
And...i was totally clean until today! Pancakes through me way carb overboard, and syrup, and hash browns, and, doesnt even matter, it was bad.
Back on track tomorrow, just dont know what workout to do?
