Lots of activity today!
Robin - I'm doing Bootcamp & the weights today..kinda nervous but it looks like fun.
Steph - Glad you're doing well. Your rest time will be great for you!

Colleen - Good menu today! I would love to take a rest day today too, but I KNOW I have time to w/o today and I know I have a busy week ahead so I'll have a forced rest day that I'll take then.
Shirl - You can do it! Don't let bad eating spoil your efforts! We work out WAY too hard to let food stand in our way of rock-hard bods!
THAT BEING SAID...I got on the scale this morning! GROSS GROSS GROSS! I weigh so freakin' much! How did that happen?! Nothing is tight, but jeez! Granted, I weighed in AFTER breakfast and I had been drinking a ton of water. I'll try again tomorrow morning.
I'm thinking about posting my wieght every Monday....or maybe Fridays. I'm terribly competitive even with myself and if I have to actually type in the lbs. then maybe that will help me keep on track a little better.

Okay, so while I was cleaning up b. I ate a couple of bites of hash browns I made for the fam. (I used real butterx( ) But I ate NONE of the bacon or really yummy cinnamon/sugar bread I made. DOESN'T THAT COUNT FOR ANYTHING???!!!

After lunch I had 3 pieces of candy corn w/ 3 cashews. I was really craving something sweet.
I have been drinking TONS of water lately.
Looking forward to a good, hard workout tonight.
