*^*^* Clean & Tidy Sat & Sun *^*^*

Workout this morning was the new LIS and it was FUN! However, I am really tired and really sore. I will be resting tomorrow for sure!

Food today is TBD. I am feeling like I need less activity and more calories, so that's what I am doing this weekend -- and I won't feel guilty about it!

I am off to shower, then a 2 hour drive to Richmond to shop for the wedding dress! I will try to take some pics to post, but I am worried about my DF running across the pics!

Katie - Have fun dress shopping! Wish we could be there with you. As far as pics...when I was dress shopping you weren't allowed to take pictures unless you bought that dress. Hope you can!

I did the 1st 1/2 of LIS a couple nights ago, but then the power went out. Hoping to do it this weekend. Today is going to be kickbox. I want to do it in the daytime. Hopefully DH will give me an hour without kids.

Meals are totally unpredictable at this point.

Snack will be an apple.

d - here's the hard part. We're going to a bonfire tonight and there will probably be nothing clean or even tidy. There will no doubt be lots of deserts (my total and complete weakness). I'm going to try really hard. Really hard.

I had a busy morning and I am just exhausted. I fell asleep at 9:15 last night, and I am still tired today. That usually means I am getting a cold. Oh well.

Katie - good luck wedding shopping
Kate - good luck at the bonfire. Focus on socializing and you won't have time to eat.

Good evening ladies. i had a busy crazy day. This morning I did the high inten. step, back and chest workout. It was fun but that 3rd step combo was tricky because my back was towards the TV and I could not see what Cathe was doing. I had to stop and watch it and then try to do it. The heavy weights was hard for me because 15# DB is too light but the #20 DB is too heavy. I just took the #20 DB and did about 2 or 3 chest presses.I'm sore already.

Today I took my girl scouts to the pumpkin festival and we had a great time. They had a petting zoo with a Lama who spits at people and take people hats off their head. LOL

My menu......no comment but I did drink a lot of water.

Hello Clean and tidy ladies,
Greetings from England! Did not read yesterdays posts, i'm sorry, computer access is limited.
I've been tidy, with the exception of one piece of coffee cake Friday. Hardly ate yesterday at all, but its all restaurant stuff.
No workouts til Monday, watching my back after the flight.
Please update me on the new workouts, i dont have mine yet, i'm so excited.

Good morning ladies! Sorry I didn't check back in yesterday!

I bought a wedding dress -- YAY!! My friend has pics on her camera, so I will post tomorrow probably.

After I bought the dress, I was ready to EAT! I won't say what it was but it was not clean or tidy! I need to do better today, though.

No workout for me today, just resting. I am feeling a whole lot better though, much less sore. I will probably work out again tomorrow.

You are so good at posting your menus, etc. My eating has been sort of tidy, definitely not clean. Today is a rest day. I'm starting the new Cathe's tomorrow. :)

Katie, Congratulations on buying a wedding dress! I can't wait to see the pictures.

Stephanie, I hope your back is feeling ok after the flight. Have fun! We'll fill you in on the workouts.

Robin, Great job on the workout. Are you the troop leader?

Katie - Congratulations on getting your wedding dress!
Robin - I did kickboxing and legs yesterday and I definitely have DOM's. I also got some from the bi's and tri's workout. I am still trying to figure the right weight to use so that is part of it. Some exercises I can use the weight Cathe uses and others I can't yet.

No workout today - rest day!

Robin - I'm doing Bootcamp & the weights today..kinda nervous but it looks like fun.

Colleen - Good menu today! I would love to take a rest day today too, but I KNOW I have time to w/o today and I know I have a busy week ahead so I'll have a forced rest day that I'll take then.

Shirl - You can do it! Don't let bad eating spoil your efforts! We work out WAY too hard to let food stand in our way of rock-hard bods!

THAT BEING SAID...I got on the scale this morning! GROSS GROSS GROSS! I weigh so freakin' much! How did that happen?! Nothing is tight, but jeez! Granted, I weighed in AFTER breakfast and I had been drinking a ton of water. I'll try again tomorrow morning.

I'm thinking about posting my wieght every Monday....or maybe Fridays. I'm terribly competitive even with myself and if I have to actually type in the lbs. then maybe that will help me keep on track a little better.

Okay, so while I was cleaning up b. I ate a couple of bites of hash browns I made for the fam. (I used real butterx( ) But I ate NONE of the bacon or really yummy cinnamon/sugar bread I made. DOESN'T THAT COUNT FOR ANYTHING???!!!:p After lunch I had 3 pieces of candy corn w/ 3 cashews. I was really craving something sweet.
I have been drinking TONS of water lately.

Looking forward to a good, hard workout tonight.

Thanks for the support, Shirl & Robin! Do we do this Mondays, Fridays, or do you have another choice?

btw - I just finished Bootcamp. The cardio was very fun. My 3-yo. DD loved it too! It was very cute. I know I didn't do as heavy on the weights as I could have. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that really hurts and I didn't want to hurt it more. I'll go to the chiro tomorrow and it'll be all better then.
