BOOOOOOOOOOO, it's Monday!!!

Just kidding, I am thankful for each new day. But I am a bit grouchy this morning :p
 
So I have some great news.... The rotation that I did last month (modified version of FF's 07 Leg Blast) -- I lost 6 pounds!! I never got around to taking measurements, but I know I dropped in lots of areas. My legs are seeming to love training twice per week. Also, I was able to up my weight for lots of exercises (went from 15# to 16# on chest, 15# to 17# for concentration curls for bis, 15# to 18# for one arm row -- just a few examples). I am VERY happy with my results!

I am going to continue with this rotation for a fifth week, for a couple reasons. First, today's wo (B&G) is actually the last workout of the rotation). I missed a few days last week so I am trying to get caught up. Second, week 4 of the rotation was definitely not as strong as week 3 (maybe because of stress?), and I don't really want to end on that note, if that makes sense.

So this week will be...

M B&G
T cardio of some sort
W GS C&T
T IMAX3, core
F GS BSB
S GS Legs, 40 mins cardio, core

After this I am thinking I will move on to Slow & Heavy for a few weeks.

Today should be fairly laid back at work -- lots of paperwork to do. I also have a police recognition luncheon to attend.

Breakfast is the usual, snacks are the usual, lunch is whatever they feed me, and no clue on dinner. I'll check back when I can!!
 
Katie, GOOD FOR YOU!!!! That's awesome! All of your clean-eating paid off! Keep up the good work! Enjoy your lunch with all of those hot police officers!

Both girls have school this AM (a first for this year!) so I'll be doing office work - boooooooooooo!

Hoping to get a WO today but not likely. Today might be my rest day for the week.

Last night I went out to dinner to celebrate my cousin and DD b-day. We went to Red Lopsters. We had a nice Sunday.

Today is cleanmaxing and laundrymax. I also need to shop around for bedroom furniture.

Good Morning Everyone!

I didn't sleep well last night so I slept in this morning. I have been looking washed out the past couple of days and I hope I am not coming down with something. Maybe it is all of the bad news (my friend's dad, seeing the people who survived hurricane Ike and then all the people who will be laid off because of Leman Bros.). I really need a vacation. The memorial service for my friend's dad is Thursday morning so now I need to rearrange my schedule so I can attend.

Kate, sorry you have to do work this morning. Good job getting a workout in.
Katie, ^5 on the weight loss.
Robin, sounds like you had a nice dinner last night. Is DD getting a cell phone?

Sorry I was MIA over the weekend - my schedule was just off and I was trying to keep busy with Ryan gone.

Today I'm going to do Rhythmic Step this morning, then to the pool, then to dance class. Ryan comes home around 2.

The girls did so good this AM!!!
Gina had NO TEARS NO WHINING!!! she happily got on the bus so I am making that girl some cc cookies! This is truly something to celebrate!
Isabel didn't cry but she was really sad I left her.:( Poor thing had diarrhea this AM before we left and a horrible stomach ache when I left her at preschool. I hoep the poor thing doesn't have to go to the bathroom while I'm gone. I'll be anxious to get back to her.

My office plans didn't work out (long story) so I did BM2 cardio!!!!!!:D:D I was so sweaty and it felt so good! I had to modify quite a bit but I got an AWESOME cardio workout! Need to work on some preschool stuff for a board mtg tonight. bbl.............

no clue on the rest of the day but I am motivated to keep it clean!

Yuck! Horrible workout. Had to do step blast becuase couldn't get my recorded version of RS to work. I was dripping sweat about 7 min into it and I don't really sweat. Ended up only doing 30 minutes because I was dying and tripping over the step. Not sure what my problem is.

Katie, great job on the 6 lbs lost! I think I need you to be my trainer!!! I think I need to buy B&G! Do you notice that your legs are thinner/toner? My legs have been a big issue lately!

Kate, I'm so glad that the girls had a good morning. Ellie has had diarrhea all week - doesn't bode well for potty training!

Okay, I'm a sweaty mess - need to go shower!

So sorry i'm late posting, today has been really busy,and i had to get out a doc's appointment.

Katie, congrats on the rotation, you rock girlfriend! Remember when you hated B&G's!!! You should be super proud of yourself.

Kate, sorry about Isabel, i was going to say sorry about not getting the office work done, but i'm not, BM2 cardio is so much better than officemax!

Robin, laundrymax is a workout :) I remember going to Red Lobster as a kid! Sounds like a great time.

Colleen, its so easy to get sad when so much is going, I think getting away is just what you need. I'm very sorry about your friends father as well.

Angie, yikes on the workout, but you did it!

So, the appraisal came out in my favour, i'm literally waiting for him to call and either agree, or disagree with it...when is this going to end, it was a very hard weekend for me. Last night i was just a wreck. But today is a new day!

Tonight, i'm going to spin and do a core circuit likely.

Steph, GLad things are moving forward for you. You're right though - today IS a new day!:)

Isabel did awesome at preschool today! I'm sure there will be more separation issues (like EVERDAY last year!:rolleyes:) but she enjoys being there so I feel good leaving her there. It's only 10 min away so if something DID come up we're not far at all. She was all full of stories of all of the fun she had. Phew!

Going to get Isabel down for a nap soon. I think I'll do some Classical Stretch. All of my housework is caught up - I feel like SuperMom today!

Colleen give yourself some time it's hard dealing with bad news.
yes my DD will be getting a pre-paid phone that she will be paying for the minutes.

My cable,phone and internet is all on one bill, and the phone calls are unlimited so she really doesn't need a cellular plan.

My co-worker called me yesterday and you know they think that I left b/c of my other co-worker (the one who never came to work). I'm stocked that they are still talking about me when I left over 2 weeks ago. HA I'm not thinking about them.

Well I was suppose to be having salmon and rice for dinner but the salmon was spoiled.:mad: so it's chicken and rice tonight.

Robin, Nice to know work misses you!

Well, we had chicken and rice too. DH wanted rice and I had a ton of fresh peppers to use up so I made a stir fry. Easy cleanness there!:D I needed something sweet so I had a lifesaver - can't do too much damage there!

Off to my board mtg soon - have a great evening!
