Katie, enjoy the week, great goals!! I need one, i feel it hurten all over, i havent had a rest day since December 25th. Zig zagging is just that, alternating higher calorie days, with low calorie days. the thought is it may change metabolism. If you google it, there are tons of sites that show you how to do it.
Robin, which diet are you doing, wheat and berries or greens and berries? I have been adding Glucomman to my meals for 2 years now, i think the diet is quite good, i actually know the author, she also wrote NROLFW. Let me know if you have any questions, i read the book for my column.
