Hi Lori,

We must have been typing at the same time. :)

I just had a silly thought. I was thinking about what outfits Cathe will wear in STS and I was thinking I would love to see her in outfits like they wear in rehersals. Looking just like we do everyday. I know it wouldn't look as polished, I just think it would be great to see Cathe and the entire cast in everyday workout gear.

Not-a-chance. Cathe the girls and guys will have matching outfits. Remember she is from the Big 80s, where we use to match out hats with our socks.:D
 
Katie** I never bothered with S&H much.There was to much downtime for my liking LOL I use to get up and fold clothes in between sets. Then I read so many reveiws about people bulking up that I was afraid! Hope you get some nice results from it. Also have fun with Imax 3..its so much fun and my favorite Imax!

Kate** Soooo sorry to hear you are sick! Are you getting any morning sickness at all? Did you find out your due date?

Shirl** Are you holding off on buying the STS?

Robin** I think everyone is in love with the new eye candy! LOL They are hotties, thats forsure!

Jenn** Have fun with your workout today! I did the C&T's earlier, DOMS is starting to set in already! I love going heavy! Can you imagine if you bought the same outfits and then wore them with each workout you did? My GOD! DH would laugh so hard at me! One day I matched what Cathe had on...not on purpose though, and he thought that that was pretty amusing!

Steph** Sometimes its almost as well to go to work as it is be on call! I don't go on call very often but I hate it! Hope you don't get called in!

Colleen** I am working today! Rather be home with my boy but thats all I can do about that...I am Canadain so thats why I am working!

I think that cathes me up with personnals! Off to get meal #2! Im hungry!

Hi Jenn,

I wouldn't hold 3lb weights or any size hand held weight to do KB. Weighted gloves are designed to cause less strain on the wrist b/c of the placement of the weight. My gloves are 1lb. I've used them a day after a heavy upper body routine and have not had a problem. But everyone is different and at different levels with their fitness. So, it's important to listen to your body. HTH :)

I haven't ordered STS... yet and it's killing me. It's looking better and better, literally. :D:D I've been dropping not so subtle hints to DH and now I have my children involved. My 40th bday is in May. I'd think it'd be a great bday and Mother's Day present. Have you ordered STS? My DH gets a good laugh when I talk to the tv, while I'm working out. That's the only time I talk to the tv. :D

Whew, busy morning!! Cleaned out my closet, got rid of a LOT of trash, filled out and mailed birthday party invitations, and ordered a Diego birthday cake -- yay!! I hope it is nap time soon!

I am in such a good mood after IMAX3 this morning -- I feel like I can do anything!

LunchMax, then NapMax!!

This afternoon, we have to go grocery shopping. We will meet Bish at the yummy kebab grille for dinner, then off to the furniture store to order our new living room furniture!
 
Oh my word, I feel like I'll never catch up w/ you all today.
I have spent most of the in bed feeling sorry for myself.
I thought I was feeling okay so I did most of Imax2 - dumb.
I haven't been sick like this in so long.
AND I have some of the most wicked DOMS from MM yesterday it hurts to move!
Can't a girl get a break?!?!? I guess I am - DDs are being awesome.

Jenn, DH would love your dinner. What is a sammy?

Steph, You have such a nice day planned - grocery shopping & workouts - 2 of my favorite things! Nice b'fast btw!!! Gross!

Lori, I hope you enjoy your new rotation. There are so many great ones to follow. I'm doing one that Shirl made up for me right now and I'm really enjoying all the variety. No AM sickness, thank goodness. Due date is Oct 18, thanks for asking! Seems SO FAR away but I'm sure it will go fast.

Katie, Productive day for you! Wish I was having one!;( Glad you enjoyed Imax3. Have fun tonight out to eat & furniture shopping! That's one fo the things I was going to do. The girls will need a new dresser when Squirt comes.

Need to go close my eyes again. Somebody take this headache away!!!!

Where my peeps at?!!?

I have been sleeping all evening. Feels great. DH had to do dinner, Gina's homework, bedtimes, hahahahahahaha!

I'm gonna take a hot shower and sleep some more!:)

I have to work at preschool tomorrow so I HAVE TO feel better in the AM. I feel a lot better than I did earlier thats for sure! But..... I'm gonna keep milking it where DH is concerned. I haven't been sick in years - wait on me, baby!
 
I'm here!! I'm glad you are feeling better, hope you are close to 100% by the morning. But remember, you CANNOT go to that preschool sick. You can't risk giving any of those precious babies your germs!!

Furniture is purchased!! We ordered a taupe color, so it will take 8 weeks or so for it to come in. That's fine -- we won't have anywhere to put it til then!

Need to go to bed, goodnight!
