What's on the menu for today?

I'm taking a rest day this morning too much upper body DOMS.

b-oatmeal and banana
s- protein bar
l- pork tenderloin and salad or veggies
d- Spanish chicken and whole grain rice
s-?

I'm trying to take in as many fluids as I did during the summer. I can tell that I'm not taking in enough water because my knee was clicking yesterday.

Any new recipes?

Good Morning!

I just finished GS Legs. I need to start planning my meals again. That's part of my problem. Breakfast was egg whites and ezekiel toast. I haven't been drinking enough water lately either. Time for some changes!

Good Morning Robin, Shirl, and everyone to follow (Steph, Kate, Katie and Mikkia).

Robin - I don't have any new recipes to share yet. I plan to make my first one from Tosca's cookbook tomorrow.
Shirl - I do so much better when I am at work because my meals and snacks are planned out. My DH and I plan dinners but we can easily get off track if we are too tired to cook.

I've been upping water again too. Makes such a diff.

Hi clean and tidy ladies!!

Well, its day 5, no workout :( i'm not counting or anyhing..

last night, ate vegan raw food, it was amazing, let me tell ya!!

i'm really over eating since this injury, i need to pull in the reigns, i think i must feel sorry for myself or something!

today:
on track, the usual, except no fruit for snack, i guess i can also drop my protein since i'm not lifting.
i'm so desperate, i'm going for a Bowen treatment tomorrow, i'll fill you in later.

Steph - So sorry about what you're going thru. I have a friend who, for medical reasons, follows a raw diet. She said once she got used to it she loves it. I don't follow it but I do try to have more of my veggies raw since she told me about it. PS - What is a Bowen treatment?

Thanks for words of support, i appreciate it!
Bowen, not sure yet, it was suggested to me, i looked it up online. Its a technique, supposed to relieve the pressure, fix the discs etc..i will tell you all tomorrow night!!!

Well, my weight room is in disarray and I didn't feel like cleaning it up to do MM, so I did LIC instead. I love that one!

AND AND AND .... for the 2nd night in a row ... I did NOT eat even ONE bite of DH's ice cream.

Hurray for me!
