Hi CT ladies! Quick drive-by post before work. Did my Insanity this am already. Took a rest day yesterday and pushed through on Saturday with Insanity. Anyway, I will be back after work with personals.

Robin - Interesting read. I do try and avoid preservatives and artificial stuff as much as possible, but do admit that I do at times buy processed stuff. Not very often, but I do.

how can i feel soooo bad? cramps are just terrible - i look at least 4 months pregnant. and talk about mesed up schedules - dh is home today and ac guy was here for 4.5 hours. needless to say, no pool time for me, and i know that would have helped my cramps. i did do abs and some leg work, but i needed a cardio fix (i am a junkie, what can i say?)

angie, you are too sweet, but i think if you are trying to resist, you should channel kate - i am not doing so hot these days:( my kids love love love to read too. your book sounds interesting.

oh becky, i hate schedule changes, and they are the story of my life! have a good walk.

hhi ladies,

got a long walk in and then played at the library with JJ. hoping to muster up enough energy to do a sansone and maybe some yoga once he is to bed. this cold stinks but UGH i cannot sit on the couch all night!! ods is at a xc social tihng, pasta dinner i think. hes past the point of wanting me to come to everything, sometimes yes and sometimes no, this one he didnt even tell me about lol.

and lol, i dont think most men do pulsing squats or lunges (these are like cathe "low ends" right?) -- just not normally a move in their workout playbook, i can see.

Nina, Boooo to cramps! Mine used to be positively crippling. Try this - lay down in bed with a heating pad ON YOUR FEET. Sounds so bizarre. But take a 20 minute chill like this and you'll be good to go! My chiro told me about it and it works like magic.
 
Katie - Awesome job with the run! I gotta check out that Taylor Swift song now. I like her songs that play on the radio.

Kate - I did Pure Cardio this am also. That one is killer! Pomai is doing great. Lots of teeth now and ready to turn one soon! How's J doing? She must be great at walking now I bet.

Nina - Sorry about the cramps. Yuck, yuck, yuck. What kind of tea do you usually drink? I heard getting more of certain minerals help. Can't remember which one. I know it's in chocolate. Was it magnesium? My mind is drawing a blank right now.

Angie - Yay for some relaxing time and dd feeling better.

Wendy - Boo for the cold, but yay for eating clean!

Eats are clean, but I can't stop snacking. These darn sunflower seeds. Taking off the shell keeps me from eating a lot so that's good, but I'm not even hungry! Anyway, planning on some ub weights so I don't get too soft. Dinner is chicken with tofu and tons of veggies that my mom made yesterday and we took home leftovers.

Lisa, I came dangerously close to snack overboard this afternoon - all healthy, but too close for comfort!:p
J's doing good - 6 teeth and holdin' steady!:D Walking is slow progress for her - she knows crawling is faster!:p
PC was CRAZY! We loved it!:eek::D I have never in my life sweat like this!
