Hey ladies, I'm still here, having a lazy birthday. I did 1RM tests for *several* hours this morning, got lots done thankfully. Eats have been very clean also, saving up for that chocolate cake!

I just tried to get to the workout manager and I got an error. I was going to look over STS but Chris was complaining about his carpel tunnel (he has been waking up with numb fingers and hates doctors). So I had to find a wrist split for him.
I better run and do my UB before I decide not to do it at all. Hopefully w/o mgr will work when I get back. I can't wait to try it!
Kate - about the TV when working - sometimes my office is so noisy that I need the TV on at home because I am used to the background noise. When Tyra came on I was getting ready to make lunch.

Just discovered workout manager doesn't work with Safari on the Mac. It works with Firefox though. Has anyone figured out how to preview a rotation before you download it in your calendar?

Ok. I think I've told everyone about my unstable next door neighbor? I'm pretty sure she's a paranoid schitzophrenic. She sits out all summer cutting her grass with scissors while talking to herself about conspiracies, etc. She has 6" of standing water in her basement, no phone, no ac, keeps the house shut up all year, etc. We've called the police, Adult Social Services repeatedly-she wouldn't even open the door for the cops.
Today while on FB I get an IM from Darrin's cousin who happens to be a funeral director. He tells me to call him direct. I'm thinking maybe someone Yugo came in and he needs help translating or some such. So I call and he asks me, "Do you recognize this address?" I ask him what the name is. He tells me Rozich! I tell him that's my crazy next door neighbor. It's not what you think-she's not dead! She was just out yesterday, shoveling (1st time this winter!) But her only living relative, her sister-died. A WEEK AGO!! They haven't been able to reach her, obviously. When he saw the street name he remembered it was our street. I tell him I could try, but since she won't acknowledge the police, I don't think I'll have much luck. He lets the medical examiner know so he can call the police whoproceed to tell my CIL that the house is abandoned. I wish! So they came out and talked to the neighbor on the other side, I think. I'm waiting to hear back from my CIL to see what happened. Can you even imagine?! I'm horrified and saddened and angry! This woman needs help! Darrin said she was even more emaciated than ever. She goes for weeks without leaving her house! I hope the police come back and use force and get her out!
Anyway, not the funniest story, but pretty unbelievable. I have a friend rant, too. I'll save that one for tomorrow. You guys can tell me what you think-I value your opinions

I finshed my UB 1rms and did the yoga abs from sts. YOWZA but doable!
I have 1 and 2-star 1rms for legs. Not sure if I'll do them. Maybe
