We leave for the OBX in about 24 hours - between now and then I have to...

do my last training run (2.5m) - get the family ready for school/work - work an 8 hour day - run errands at lunch - come home to finish laundry - more packing - back out for haircuts and more errands - home to finish packing - try to get some sleep

WHEW!

And to top it all off, Chris has to go tonight and take some tests for his job, so I have no idea when he will even be home. So I get to do all of this by myself. I'm just trying to remember that tomorrow, I can take my afternoon nap on the beach if I wanna!;)

Morning!

Good start to the day today-no issues getting all three girls ready and out the door:) Sore today-did PUB/PLB total body premix yesterday. Today is cardio-something on the treadmill-either an incline walk or some hiit then it's off to say goodbye to my brother:( He's going home today. Dance later this afternoon.

Katie, just think about relaxing on the beach tomorrow-that's motivation enough!

Good Morning Everyone!

I am feeling better today and I did 4DS HIS. Still not 100% but getting there. I figured it was a cold and I guess I am right so no need to go to the dr. Dinner last night wasn't very good but the speaker was. He ended early which was nice. Today, I have a ton of meetings, I might receive a job offer in the next day or so. I am really stressed about it because I am not sure if I want the job. I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to think about it.

Katie, it's so nice you can go somewhere and relax before your race.

I did Bodymax2 - upperbody &abs and 30 min. yoga.

Workout is done! I did a 30 minute incline walk on the treadmill at a 4 mph pace increasing the incline every 2 minutes. That better increase the incline on my booty! Gotta get ready to pick up Nevena and go to my mom's.

i am soooooo tired i almost cannot function. just tossing and turning all night the last few. should have stayed in bed this am, but you know how i hate taking a rest day. so instead i did a kickbutt wo of running intervals and cardio p and r. my tris are so sore from yday wo too. unfortunately, fatigue leads me to make poor eating choices. not my cleanest or tidiest morning. i still have time to salvage my day, though, and i am super motivated. also just need a nap. i had a class this morning at the boys' school so i can sub. it was on sexual predators and kids - how to identify and what to do. can i just say i'd like to put my kids in a bubble? it is horrific what is in the world. stats they gave were 1 in 8 boys and 1 in 4 girls will be abused before the age of 14. that is stagering. i felt sick and nauseous the whole cclass.

off to pu boys, then no sched nap today - my borther and his kids and wife are in town for 24 hrs, so we will visit them before swim class. then off to swim. then dinner and bed. i am so beat. any reinforcements available???

BTW, we have 2 new kittens! :eek::rolleyes: THey showed up this week and DDs are totally in love. I don't want to pay to have them fixed and have another fiasco like Suzy was but I do NOT NOT NOT want 20 kittens around. Dilemma,....... They named them Tiger and Lily. Will post a pic later....

Nina - That is some scary stats! Makes you want to keep your children home 24/7. Get some rest! RE: ice cream size, yes they have shrunk majorly! And they cost more too now. Which I guess is a good thing since I love my ice cream and I love Breyers!

Got my Max Interval Circuit done. I have P laying on me, sweaty jogging bra and all. She was so tired, but wanted to snuggle so I couldn't say no, lol. Working from home today. Are you girls ready for Thanksgiving? I'm trying to eat clean from this point on so I can enjoy Thanksgiving without too much guilt. So far today has been good. Bought tons of veggies and fruits to get me through the day. Lunch will be broccoli and chicken. Dinner is leftover stew. I miss you ladies! I feel like I've been so in and out, but you guys really help me stay on track. I've really gone down in weight with Insanity. Or I should say size because my weight is still about the same, but my clothes are way looser and my coworkers even made a comment about me needing new clothes. Anyway, just thought I'd share since it's been forever since I've been at this point. I do have to get a control on sweets regardless though.

I feel "in and out" here too lately - not sure how I've been so overwhelmed lately.:confused: Methinks 3 kids may be my stopping point.:(
WTG on the progress!!! We have TOTALLY BOMBED the last 2 weeks.:( We're getting back on track but it is sssssllllllloooowwwww. I'm doing weights for the next 3 weeks til TxGiving and after we get back from CO I'm restarting Insanity.

Did CS and UB weights today. My core and LB are sore from yday so that's encouraging!
