My w/o done done done. I did Clx burn 1 and 2 plus MMA-kb core then stretch. I burned 619 cal. I'm eating lunch now chicken and sweet peppers.

I went to pay a bill and this guy was taking down decorations from the outside tree, which was about 2 stores high. Poor guy he was on a latter with a hook. I felt embarrass because I hadn't taken down my skinny 5' tree. So I came home and put away all of the Christmas stuff.

angie, glad you had a great time! we got married on a cruise (first cruise for both of us) and absolutely loved it. when do you head back overseas?

clintonya, wtg on getting your wt back where you wanted it! we always do disney during off season, as well. the value resorts are 50something a night right now! and they offer a mil discount on tix. we are not taking ods with us this time... he actually preferred the $$ be spent on various youth group events he wants to attend (skiing, etc.) so hes staying my mom.

becky, that egg mugsounds delish! im on an oatmeal kick right now but maybe thatll be next =)

so, does anyone else think the sound is slightly off from the picture at the beginning of step moves? wondering why i was having trouble picking it up. maybe it is just my player. i will clean it and try it again later.

Robin, I usually use tilapia for fish tacos because it is cheap.
Kate, I don't know if I can get my 6 pack abs without a nutritionist but I am going to try on my own at least initially.

Anne, sorry about MSU. The 1RM can be time consuming but I just set aside an afternoon and went through most of them.
Becky, the hg mug omelet has always intrigued me but I have never tried it. Maybe this weekend because I don't like trying new things during the work week.

Quiet day but lots of drama. My boss may have gone MIA (just left without any notice). No one knows for sure but there is a lot of talk about where he is...
 
Wendy, you snuck in on me. A few people have complained that step moves is a little off in some spots. I didn't notice it in the beginning but somewhere mid-workout. Glad you had a FAB step class. It is such a wonderful feeling. Good luck with laundrymax.

Clintonya, ^5 for the scale! Wish mine was the same.:mad: I weighed out 1 oz of nuts today and that's all the nuts I'm allowing myself to eat in a day now. I think...well, I KNOW they are my downfall. It's really helping to see EXACTLY how much a serving is.

hiit pyramid and core done! 8 mile run this am. i feel really good, and eats are so squeaky clean. i am snuggling with finn right now trying to get him to take some quiet time - not going so well. ah well.

Wendy, thx about the weight. That is a great deal on the hotel room. I know you will have fun! I can’t believe my oldest dd is at that age too – where does the time go :confused: I will watch more closely on step moves; I can’t remember.

Kate, thx about the scale - nuts are hard – they are so good for us, but a serving is sooo small. And too funny about the headbands. I swear I always thought gray didn’t come until the 60s, boy did I find out I was wrong!!!

Nina, great job on running, doing hiit pyramid and core work:)

Colleen, that’s crazy about the boss – any word yet? Thx about the weight :) Go for the 6-pack – you can do it !!!

I want to do the 3 month rotation, but with my schedule right now, during the week, some days I only have 30 minutes to workout, so I am trying to decide what to do, not sure if it will be effective if I can only get in part of the workout and/or if I can find any more time in the day:confused:

Just got back from dance. Didn't have time to post beforehand. I worked out! I did SS and it wasn't too bad for having two weeks off (we'll see if I feel the same way tomorrow!) Eats are good-need to hve some dinner now-salad probably. Hosting a bts breakfast here in the morning-willpower!

Clintonya, I'm a sahm to 3 girls-Danica (10 1/2), Milla (7 1/2) and Nevena (3). We live in MI, about 2 hours away from Anne and Kate. All my girls dance too!:)

Colleen, did they find your boss? Meant to congratulate you on Penn State:) These boys are much easier-so far:)
 
was feeling so sore from my CS yday...and not wanting to WO. But I popped in StepMoves and HAD AN AWESOME WO!!!!!! Loved loved loved it! Can't wait to do it Again!!!!

Eats were SQUEAKY all day - helped so much to portion out the nuts!

Sorry to say, but the micro is soooo bad - literally radiated the good right out of your food...and turns it into...well, non-food. :(:(:(

Clintonya, I've been going gray since middle school and it worsens with each pregnancy. Isabel (5) has some already. I'm learning a lot lately about low acidity in the stomach and this could be a product of that. I've read about taking wheatgrass to REVERSE it and I have a call into a nutritionist about it.
Re the tough shcdule....just do the best you can. 30 minutes is GREAT! Just make it effective and keep your eats clean and you WILL see results!:D

Kate - It's been awhile since my last baby that I forgot when the molars came in. Okay, makes sense then. P must be getting hers because she's been all sorts of fussy at times. I hardly use my mwave too. My fil said they gave plants reg water and mwaved water and the mwave water plant totally died. Good luck with the wheatgrass. I tried it and couldn't stomach the taste no matter what.

Robin - I have bunny-type laundry at my house. BTW, my Xmas tree is still up too. Working on that this week.

Angie - Yay for a nice vacation.

Becky - Lol about DH being sore from the Wii. My dd was complaining about her shoulder the other day and I know it was from wii playing.

Nina - You're so fit you don't need to worry. I am lagging far behind you as far as a fit body is concerned. WTG with the eats!

Klaudia - Good to see you! Your older two are the same ages as my older two. I keep forgetting that. Isn't it weird to think our 10yo were once babies???

Colleen - I love having a clean house, but hate the allergies that come with it. How weird about your boss. Office gossip, gotta love it!

Wendy - Nursing is not as cute and cuddly as newborn time, but I'll probably try to stick it out a little longer. P will not drink cow's milk. I have to try warm it up and see if she'll take it that way, but cold, she spits it out and refuses. My older two nursed until 17mos and self weaned, but they both drank cow's milk no problem unlike P. Are you going to wean JJ soon?

Clintoya - Insanity is an awesome wo for being only 40min long (the first month wos) on those days you don't have a lot of time. Might be worth looking into if you're ever looking for new wos.

Anne - The start of a new work week, lovely isn't it? WTG with Step Moves.

Got my workout done and waiting for dinner. Eats have been decent today. I was planning on doing Insanity Pure Cardio tomorrow, but all this talk about Step Moves is making me reconsider. The Bachelor is on tonight. My terrible guilty pleasure of reality shows. Dinner is meatloaf and veggies, but I might just have a salad. We'll see.
