Clean or tidy check-in Tuesday 12 June

lorie, i did bm2 this morning also, and i just couldn't get into the groove no matter what. this is one of my faves, but i felt like i had no coordination and just felt "off" the whole time. ugh.
 
Hello Clean and Tidy's!
Today is so busy at work, i wish i could comment on everyone! It looks like everyone is doing so well, its so motivating.
Today is as usual:
dinner will be steamed veggies, pureed tomato sauce and lentils, and probably some oatmeal!
workout: GS bsb, some lower body, i love Barr method, i got Squeeze, but i think i prefer barr!
will try to check back,
continue to do great things

B - oatmeal
S - watermelon
L - snap peas, pear
S - mix of almonds, walnuts and raisins
my snack while dinner is cooking - apple
D - sweet potato with plain yogurt

I have a confession to make!
I have an addiction to winter green lifesavers! I allow myself about 6 each day. I buy them in the big bags. It gives my mouth something to do - I get tired of chewing gum.

Hello gang,

Well, I'm sitting her desperately trying no to give into a stress-induced eating binge :eek: :-( . There is a jar of PB in there that is absolutely screaming at me!!!! On top of having to go into work on my one day off I just found out that the other girl who works for us and helps with the riding (and shows my pony for me) just quit. So that now leaves me with 20 horses and ponies in training and ME to do 90% of the riding. I don't know whether I should scream, laugh or cry right now...

Cody - Shelley posted that she brings 3 cups of water to a boil, adds 1 cup of steel cut oats, turns off the heat, and just lets it sit overnight. It worked out pretty well for me.

Carola - I have CleanMax on the rotation for tomorrow morning, too. After not being home to do dishes, laundry, etc., for 5 days my house is in dire need of some TLC.

This is so great to read everyone's posts. Lots of good ideas for clean eating. Here's my day:

I drank all of my water 1st thing this a.m. (per Tosca Reno). I thought it would make me nauseous to drink so much right away but it was actually kind of nice!

B - fiber bar (had to run materials to DH at work)
s - nuts and raisins (I bought the Dole brand at Meijer - so fresh and plump and yum!!!! I've always bought SunMaid in the past but the Dole's are way better)
l - taco salad (no sour cream, lots of salsa)
s - apple, almonds, raisins (more Dole's)
d - grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce, pineapple, watermelon, raw green pepper

All in all, it was a "clean day" Now hopefully I can resist digging into the GIANT bowl of ice cream that my DH eats every night! Ugh! So not fair...how can guys eat like that and STILL have a 6-pack!?

Drank LOTS and LOTS of water all day...feels so good!
