Hi Everyone!
Busy morning here getting caught up on stuff. I had to run out of the house for a while since the cleaning lady was here. She told me she smelled something burning in Chris' computer area, and since I couldn't reach him I just unplugged everything. I couldn't find the source, so he can figure it out this weekend. Of course I bet he will tell me this requires a replacement to whatever was burning.
Becky, ^5 to grandson. Chris is still afraid of the dentist so when we got married I found a good dentist and endodonist (for his root canals) and now he will at least go if I schedule the appt.
Lisa, sorry about your car but glad you were able to get a new one.
Katie, PT is amazing. I can't stand all the measuring but it is good to have an idea of where your problems are.
Klaudia, I hate cleaning and we have way too many bathrooms to clean every week. Hope you can workout today.
Kate, the zoo sounds like fun. I can't believe you can pet the elephants. Good luck at the bank.
Steph, I don't want to ever go back to work except I miss my work friends. Maybe I will win the lottery tomorrow!
Robin, I am glad to hear your niece is doing better. I would have gone straight to the ER.

Workout was Core Cardio & Balance, GS Shoulders & Cardio Recovery. I was hoping to do legs too but just not enough time.

tm shopping was fun, but i am confused as to what to get. better wait to see how much money i get for what the moversbroke! eats got wayyyyy too snacky. sighhhh. i need to be better about that.

I got my workout done! Ended up doing Supersets cause it was a bit shorter
Off to make dinner-chili lime salmon, roasted asparagus, and sweet potato-yum!
Nina, I got my treadmill at Sears 6 years ago and it's still going. It was about $500-600, but then I don't put 1/10 of the miles on it that you will!

It's Trident Naturals Brand Chili Lime marinated salmon-keta salmon, water, garlic, canola oil, sugar, 2% or less:lime juice, soy sauce,fish sauce, chili peppers, sesame oil, cilantro, tomato powder, shallots, sesame seeds, olive oil, corn starch, coriander, xanthan gum, gum acacia, white pepper.
